”Building is old and in Desperate need of updates and competent cleaners. Hall carpet had debris on it in various areas when we checked in very late at night. We left around 10:30 am and it still hadn’t been vacuumed and no cleaners in site! Carpet in the room had stains, paint chipped/lifting off the walls in some areas, shower ceiling had a lot of rust. ”We stayed one night at the beginning of our trip and had no issue with our room. We decided to book another night at the end of our vacay and weren’t quite so lucky. The bathtub had obviously not been cleaned as I pulled out the bath mat, there was hair underneath. There was also dried on food in the microwave and when I dropped some water on the floor and wiped it up, I was a little shocked at how dirty the floor actually was.
