”Our stay at Cypress Moon Inn was idyllic! The home is close to amenities. Cocooned on a large waterfront lot in a haven of trees, you feel miles away from the bustle. Upon arrival, Linda warmly greeted us and ensured our comfort before offering a dinner suggestion. Ocean Boulevard was a spot-on recommendation! ”We spent 5 days here with the kids during Spring Break and it was very nice. The cabin was very cozy but it wasn’t completely clean. Everyone was very nice, especially the girls who help at the reception. The indoor pool was not working at the end of our stay, which made us very sad. It's a nice place to stay with your family ! ”

”We enjoyed our stay! We were able to check in early and had a quick 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the a/c was working well! Even better, for someone who travels frequently with their spouse, there were 2 bath towels per guest! That rarely happens… we usually have to request extra towels! The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. There are great restaurants within a very easy walking distance. Overall we were very pleased! ”

”Cute little dormer had everything we needed. Much more than a “room rental.” Owners very helpful and anxious to please. Abundance of info given on surrounding areas and dining. We thoroughly enjoyed all the dining options they recommended. We should have paid more attention to the detail that renters need to climb 3 sets of stairs. We did not have a problem with that (other than ground or second floor would have been easier) or but others may. A good experience for us. ”

”We had a pleasant stay. Our room had 2 beds and a sitting area with a full balcony. Continental breakfast had a lot of choices and snacks were always out. I would stay there again.”

”It was very interesting. It’s a big house with different rooms. We all share the kitchen, living room, laundry room, pool and deck area. Overall it was pretty good. One thing that did irritated go get it brought our dog and all you can hear is another dog barking 85% of the time.!”

”This hotel was a nice find, excellent quality for the price. The building is a bit run down outside, but we were there off-season and it seemed there was a lot of maintenance going on. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. They even served a breakfast, which was adequate. The location is wonderful, right next to the beach!”

”It has a small Continental breakfast, at 5pm they put out free cookies and popcorn on a first come first serve basis. The pool is nice and they have plenty of family friendly activities. Also walking distance to the beach. Definitely would go again.”

”This is our second time staying at John Yancy. Its nothing fancy but it has a great breakfast with a beautiful gazebo to eat at if you choose. Staff is nice. My biggest complaint was the wifi connection at night. It kept buffering or disconnecting which made it frustrating with little ones. ”

”Not ocean front. The room was clean. No one came to clean the room daily. Had to tell them the trash needed emptied. Had to walk across the road and then down sand covered steps to get to ocean. The outside if the motel needs.a facelift.”

”The floor in the room was sticky to walk on if walking in socks they werevery dirty after walking in the room. The room had a funky smell in it as well. I bought lysol and sprayed all over all surfaces and beds helped some. Have stayed here a few years ago and the hotel has seemed to go down hill.”

”Easy acess to rhe beach and affordable but my bed s.elled like urine. I reported it to the front desk. The stagg were friendly but the hotel needs to be renovated. ”
