Outdoors, there is a private chlorine pool measuring 7 meters long and 3 meters wide, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The outdoor space also features a porch equipped with a table and chairs where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue, as well as a terrace with sun loungers to soak up the Mediterranean sun. The property is fenced and there are nearby neighbours.

Indoors, the living room is equipped with a TV and a selection of tourist books to help you plan your visits around the island. The kitchen-dining room, with gas stoves, offers a cozy atmosphere to enjoy meals with family or friends. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for added convenience. The house has three bedrooms, all equipped with fans. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds each, while the third bedroom has a double bed and a cot available. Two shower bathrooms, one of them en suite, complete the indoor amenities of the house.

Near Cala Binibeca beach, Mahón airport, and other local attractions, this house is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the beautiful island of Menorca. With its white architecture and narrow streets, Binibequer Vell looks like something out of a fairy tale. Visitors can get lost in its labyrinth of alleys and discover charming squares and picturesque corners. The nearby coast offers coves with crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches, ideal for swimming and relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. - Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay
