This newly remodeled 3 bedroom and 1.5 bath home is located in the most beautiful setting near the beach! The home sits on a substantial lot with peaceful views to take in all over the yard. Whether you are sitting by the fire pit, taking a dip in the brand new hot tub or lounging on the deck, you will be able to take in all the nature Santa Barbara has to offer! Only a 5 minute walk to our favorite beach in Santa Barbara, Butterfly Beach!

• An entertainer's dream! The backyard will be a memory you won’t forget with a beautiful hot tub amongst the trees with a custom beach corn hole set. On the deck/patio you will find a fire pit and lounge chairs, outdoor couch lounge set, and a propane grill.

• Every room provides an excellent night’s sleep - all beds in the house are equipped with memory foam mattresses. Three separate bedrooms each with a queen bed. 1.5 beautifully remodeled bathrooms equipped with shampoo/body wash/conditioner and hair dryers!

• The newly remodeled kitchen is equipped with anything you need to cook your entire group a delicious meal, including all pots, pans, utensils, plates, and baking supplies you could need. You'll also have access to a blender, rice cooker, waffle maker, serving platters, and plenty of spices for all your cooking needs.

• Work from home with our dedicated desk complete with a monitor and keyboard/mouse upstairs.

• Wifi speeds up to 500MB for all your internet and streaming needs!

• Coffee galore! We provide caffeinated and decaf coffee as well as plenty of tea and a tea kettle. Cream and sugar are available as well.

When you rent out this property, you will have access to the entire property. This is one single private home. You and your group will have complete privacy and access to the home - except for one maintenance closets!
