Nestled on the ground floor (no stairs), in a charming multi-unit Spanish-style property, just three blocks from State Street, this 246 sq ft retreat seamlessly blends historic architectural charm with modern luxury, minimalism, and convenience.

- Casa Riviera 5 is located on the first floor of a two-story, 30-unit boutique hotel

Parking and EV charging (shared amenities):

- Casa Riviera offers free parking in its private underground garage, on a first-come, first-served basis; accessible by elevator to all floors; one parking spot per unit. Free street parking is available if the lot is full. 6 Tesla EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay.
- Logging into the Tesla pay app is required to charge ($0.30/kW).
- Casa Riviera staff does not monitor parking spot use, and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.

Interaction and Access

- The doors are equipped with smart locks, and a unique code matching the last four digits of your phone number on file will be generated and sent to you on check-in day via SMS.
- No daily housekeeping; refresh service available for 5+ night stays (by request)

- Hospitality team is always available via text/call/chat from 5 am–1 am

- One large pet max, or two small (excludes certified service animals and ESAs)
- Pet fees apply per pet, per stay
- Please, no animals on furniture. Do not leave pets unattended or crated in the unit
- Must disclose pet when booking or after reservation
- Pets will enjoy fresh water from the SIBAYS pet fountain with filtration system, located on the first floor next to the elevator.

- Guest laundry - shared Speed Queen machine with PayApp at $3.50 a load, and detergent is included
- Ice maker is available for guest use in the underground parking garage
- Exterior security cameras for guest safety
- No live TV—streaming apps only (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, Amazon Video)
- Check-in: 4:00 pm / Check-out: 11:00 am
- Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am
- No parties or events allowed
- No early check-ins or late check-outs. The cleaning team will welcome you by SMS if your studio is ready before check-in time

❌ Cancellation Policy

- Full refund available up to 24 hours before check-in
- A 4% credit card processing fee applies to cancellations via direct bookings at any time.
