”Overall I would say cleanliness was the most positive. They messaged 2 days in advance to tell us that they will meet us at the Vaporetto. They requested an ETA and asked that I message them once boarded on the water taxi which I did. After all that nobody was there. We had to wait for 15 minutes for someone make their way over. I booked a place that had 2 beds; 1 queen and a sofa bed. The sofa upstairs in a loft. When I called them to ask them where to find the for the sofa bed I was met with...

”Ihana uima-allas alue jossa lapset sai helteessä uida ennen lentoa. Ravintolaan kuljetus, ja siellä aivan huikean hyvä pasta. Kuljetus myös kentälle. Todella kiva hotelli.”

”Rauhallinen ja siisti hotelli aivan lentokentän vieressä.”

”Tilava, siisti huone. Aamiainen runsas.”

”Ask for the driver who will get you to and from the property. Our UBER driver got lost when we were coming from the airport. However, the front desk staff recommended making arrangements with Lorenzo to take us to the airport. He was efficient, helpful, and cost less. The rooms are simple and fresh. The grounds were beautiful and good for a morning or sunset walk. It is located outside of the community so plan to either order in (deliveroo app) or go out for dinner. You could pack a lunch and...

”Great room, very kind staff and nice feeling. They helped us whatever we needed. Little bit noisy, aeroplanes, dogs and birds, but we enjoyed. Pool wasnt available in May. Quite difficult get to Venice from there, but close to airport. Could go again, money well spent.”

”Esittelyssä annettujen tietojen mukainen.”

”Upea hotelli. Palvelun tasoa tosin saisi parantaa, kun kyseessä on xxxx hotelli. Aamiaisella sai pyytää kahvia kahteen kertaan ennen kuin tapahtui, silti meidän jälkeen tulleita ohjattiin pöytiin ja palveltiin heti, eli saimme n.30minuuttia odottaa kahvia. Sitten aamiainen oli laskutettu kahteen kertaan. Aamuksi tilattu venetaksi, oli lähes 20min myöhässä. Tällä meidän 2viikon Italian turneella tämä viimeinen hotelli oli heikoin suoritus, vaikka olimme 5:ssä eri hotellissa”

”Great stay. Don’t eat at the recommended restaurants, but everything else was fantastic.”
