”An excellent and beautifully presented breakfast included was a wonderful way to start the morning drive.. Friendly, helpful staff. Perfect stop just 1.5 hours north of Rome. Quiet and serene with rooms offering a generous balcony overlooking the pool. Grazie mille!!”

”Lovely place in the old town”

”Lovely room - quiet (the house is not directly facing the piazza). Also liked the little tea kitchen with an espresso machine, electric kettle and a stove to warm some food or cook a simple meal. Parking outside the city walls and taking the elevator to the historic center i very easy. It’s a 5 minute walk! Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from close by.”

”Foi incrível. A anfitriã Simona é uma ótima pessoa, disposta a ajudar. A localização é muito boa, fácil de se locomover a pé. O apto é ótimo, muito bem cuidado e limpo. Cama confortável, chuveiro muito bom.”

”Property was beautiful. We actually spent so much time in town exploring each day by the time we returned the pool was closed. That’s ok. We had a nice relaxing stay without using the amenities. Thanks”

”Wonderful location. Beautiful quaint room with a loft. Excellent breakfast. Very clean and comfortable. Thanks to Stefano the host for the welcome, service and assistance. Highly recommended!”

”Habitación perfecta.”

”Breakfast was really big disappointment. After eight o`clock there was any food left, no coffee milk or juice. Otherwice hotel was nice and service good.”

”The experience was amazing. The host Roberto was outstanding in helping us with a late check-in - and provided clear directions on the room amenities. His wife and he prepared a delicious and sumptuous breakfast. Overall, a great treat in Tuscany! Highly recommend!”

”A beautiful property with very well appointed rooms. We loved the homemade cake and fruits and using the Moka for morning coffee. The pool is tiny, more like the dimensions of a hot tub. But for a lovely B&B near a wonderful medieval town and not too far from FCO, it was perfect!”

”Mukava hotelli maaseudun rauhassa, kaunis puutarha, ystävällinen henkilökunta.”

”Beutiful location with unbelievable views from the the pool. Nice, clean, spacious room and good breakfast. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!”
