”Everything was excellent. Clean room. Very helpful staff. If breakfast included, though a bit more variety would be great. Overall I’d definitely stay there again. Well managed and maintained property.”

”I was delighted with my room and the amenities i.e., the kitchenette was great and quite useful. The staff was available. My one and only complaint were the inconsistencies of the building and room keys. I had three and I would be standing there trying to get into my building and my apartment without any luck.”

”Our first room they gave us was a room with of a view down of the dumpsters. We asked for a different room right away and a weeding party that was visiting said they just did the same thing. So be aware they try to fill this suite without your knowledge of the dumpsters. The front desk manager said all Suites have no view. Housekeeping left all the trash and didn't replenish the toiletries.The coffee area was a complete mess and they left it. I don't recommend staying here if you have the option...

”This hotel is in very good shape. Neighbourhood is nice and the rooms are in very good condition. To a scandinavian, bathrooms in US hotels quite often look outdated and worn out, but not in this one, all rooms have both showers and bathtubs, plus the hotel has a nice pool and gym area too.”

”Terrible service through and through. Beautiful property but the service was so awful that we will not be returning. Also, zero pool chairs available. And I mean ZERO. A nice lady gave up one of her chairs for our family of 5 to have somewhere to sit down with our newborn…”

”Hyvä hotelli rauhallisessa ympäristössä. Sijainti ok. Lyhyt ajomatka Malibuun. Siisti allasalue. Huoneen kokolattiamatto todella likainen, jalkapohjat värjäytyivät nopeasti harmaaksi. Matto tuntui todella nihkeältä. Oli käveltävä kengät jalassa. Muuten siistiä. Pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin ja lakanat kerran 4 päivän aikana. Aamukahvit klo 6-9 kuului hintaan. Ilmainen parkki. Lähellä hyvä ruokamarketti. ”

”This part of Malibu (Zuma beach), is this place to be if you’re looking for a LA getaway. The inn had everything we needed; ocean view, outdoor space, king bed. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the place. Rooms definitely need a paint job and windows need to be cleaned. Bathroom is well kept but still it all got the job done. Would highly recommend if looking to stay outside of trendy Malibu (nobu area) and looking for something more scenic and secluded. Point dume hike is a must...

”The hotel is close to many dining options. No breakfast except for a small cafe in the entrance lobby opposite the reception desk .”

”Broken toilet seat, roaches , false advertisement about smoking room also had to walk off property also get charged an additional 50$ deposit upon checking in no where does it say that on the website horrible experience and Expedia was no help either”

”The room was large and clean. There were two sinks, one in the bathroom area and one in the general entrance area, where the fridge was, so you could have drinks and an ice chest of snacks there. The staff was very nice. There was parking near the card key entrance (security) close to the room so you didn’t have to wander the halls looking for your room. Did not eat breakfast or anything in the dining area.”
