”The Beal House, Hilton Hotel was amazing property, great fun staff, gorgeous ocean beach view, clean rooms, and the chef there made delicious meals. Highly recommend it and will go back Closing again”

”Feel that the hotel is very clean but my room had a couch that had big dirty stains on it. I did not want to sit on that couch. Everything else was clean. I have mixed emotions with staff. Feel they were not friendly at all, helpful yeah, and don’t want to say they were rude, just that they almost had no expression in there faces (was weird), no demeanor and never greeted anyone with a hello, welcome, or anything else. To the exception of one staff in the entire hotel. I stayed there for 3 days...

”Cleanliness was amazing, access to the beach was great!!!! Staff was helpful and friendly!! Wonderful experience!!”

”The staff were rude and unhelpful in resolving the issue with the room, which was not what I had booked. I reserved a room with a partial sea view and they gave me a room overlooking another room. Horrible. Very disappointed 😏”

”I’m pretty sure that when I booked the hotel, I selected a room with a balcony and an ocean view. It was disappointing to find out it was actually a city view without a balcony. When we entered the room, there was a half-drunk bottle of water on the table. Otherwise, it was okay.”

”I had stayed at this property before but didn't realize it when booking. I was not disappointed. The hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The beach location is perfect and the property is nice and relaxing. The on-site restaurant facing the beach is super convenient with great food and service. I would absolutely stay here again. This is an older property but it is well maintained and clean.”

”Great”

”Beach accessibility was awesome”

”Will sat its ridiculous to pay parking fee when hotel fee and taxes are enormous”

”Ok.”

”They don’t have enough chairs for the beach.”

”Staff was amazing”

”The sunrise view was good”

”Location perfect, easy walk to beach and restaurants. Private beach in the back was great to drink coffee and relax before heading out for the day. Bar & grille on site with live band and good food. Staff was very courteous. Only complaint was no curtains to block the light, so bright in the room at night and could hear the outside and people above us way too well. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.”

”Decent hotel with breakfast included. The main reason I stay at this hotel is because they have breakfast included. Have no complaints with hotel just wish the weather would have been better. The hotel is close to plenty of restaurants so you can walk everywhere. Will stay again next year.”

”Communication pre-trip and throughout with the host was excellent. The AC was excellent and easy to control. With all of the sand in the area, we were amazed at how clean the home was. The location had perfect access to the beach so close. The view of the Gulf from the deck is slight, but it is there! Restaurants, ice cream, and even an acai shop were within walking distance. Great stay!”

”Hotel in a great location. You can already see that the hotel is quite old. But it didn't bother us. The service was good and we had a good time. Take a room with a sea view. it's wonderful.”

”Beautiful location but however, place needs little bit of Deep cleaning, it has smelled of unpleasantness. We didn’t expect that but of all it was pretty good stayed.”

”We like that it was on the second floor so we could easily see the ocean from our balcony. This unit was a corner unit so there was only another unit on one side. The kitchen had a nice selection of cookware etc. the complex had two outdoor pools, and indoor heated pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and steam sauna. The area was quiet without a lot of touristy attractions. We love to be outside and walk or ride our bikes, and there was a very nice paved trail in the area that was probably at least 12...
