”We discovered Sugar Beach in 2021 and love the condos. We have stayed three different times and it’s a great place for a family on a budget. The condos are clean and quiet and have always been exactly as described. It’s a very short walking distance to the beach ( few hundred feet) I do recommend bringing your own toilettes as a very small amount is provided. It would be nice to get more than one days worth on trash bags and soap but not really something to complain about as long as you know and...

”This unit was a great value. Perfect unit layout for me, my sister-in-law and our two teen boys. Everything we needed was provided, including beach supplies, outdoor rinse hose, and kitchen basics. Easy parking, easy beach access. Unit is tastefully decorated. Access to unit is up one flight of exterior stairs and across a shared balcony facing the street and ocean. Navarre Beach is a quiet destination with very little commercialized development. We loved the adjacent National Seashore...

”Property as described and pictured. Plenty of beach chairs and nice cart to haul all our stuff to the beach which was a short walk away. Nice view of the sound and of the gulf. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean. Unit also quiet, we didn't hear the neighbors unless we were outside. Owner very responsive to inquiries pre-check-in and checked with us shortly after check-in to see if we needed anything. Will definitely consider staying here again.”

”Very nice, quiet location, sunset view were fantastic. Water access was a major plus. Only minor thing was that the outdoor grill was missing parts, I had to put a roaster pan under it to catch drippings. Overall it was as advertised. Would book again!!!!”
