”We loved EVERYTHING about this place! The little loft was a perfect place for our 4th grade boys to enjoy while we came to complete their Mission Project and see Old Santa Barbara Mission. I brought my friend and her son (our boys go to school together). PERFECT EVERYTHING. I went to UCSB so I'm familiar with SB and surrounding areas so I was excited to see this was a PERFECT SPOT before booking you can't find a better spot. You can walk to everything and it's perfect. ”A group of 7 of us went to Santa Barbara for the weekend to run a 1/2 marathon and spend Mother's Day. House was perfect for us...great location close to restaurants, shopping & beach; extremely well equipped; room for us all; and we had the best time! I'd really give them a 4.5 for cleanliness as the floors were dirty and some dirty rags were left in the bathrooms but otherwise it was great. Beds were comfortable and I'd totally stay there again!”

It’s a short walk to the beach. Great neighborhood and the host was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this place! We will definitely come again!”
