”There were holes in the comforter, the TV didnt work, the phone didn't work. Housekeeping never came to our room. We had to ask for extra towels and trash bags. The room smelled like urine. The pool wasn't open and breakfast was waffles or cereal, no fruit or toast. You would have thought it was the end of the world when we asked for towels. Won't ever stay there again.”

”It's a nice hotel but needs to be updated. We stayed in 2022 and it has sorely declined since. Only one side of the AC worked in our room, so we turned it as low as possible to stay cool. The beds, pillows and linens were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean but again some refinishing and update of appearance would be a nice improvement. The room's balcony and 1st floor patio overlooking the river are very peaceful, watching kids fishing and families go by in kyaks are a treat. The...

”Although the staff were friendly, the overall feel of the Inn was tired and in need of a deep clean and update. The WiFi never worked. The rooms had a musty, smoke smell and the bathroom could have done with a good steam cleaning.”

”Staff was very friendly and accommodating. For the building being over 100 years it is in great condition. Comfortable bed. Shower was a little tricky in the claw tub, so be careful. We did not eat at the Inn but that did have a nice small menu that looked good. Uber does work in the area, I advanced book my Uber and not last minute. Peaceful and quite. I would stay again. Be careful driving up the hill to the property. The beginning is fine, but the switch back right turn was tricky for me...

”The issue I had at Harrah’s was the staff working that night. They are extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. I not only had negative interactions with the staff, but my friend did also.
