”Owner was very nice and friendly. It’s located next to the ancient site so my wife and I can just walk out the door and explore all the views of the town. Property was beautiful with unique design and spacious. It’s great experience different from the usual hotels staying.”

”We had a fantastic stay In The honeymoon room, it was warm, comfy, and the bath was amazing. Breakfast in bed before leaving was great. Parking is difficult in Matera but if lucky you can get a space right outside like we managed too. Antonio was great throughout our stay. ”

”Originalité et lieu très pittoresque : l’hôtel est aménagé dans une grotte en plein cœur de la ville ancienne de Matera. Il est joliment décoré et d’une propreté exemplaire.
L’accueil de Domenica est tout simplement extraordinaire. Celle-ci a parfaitement organisé notre séjour et trouvé une visite guidée spécialement pour nous au coucher de soleil ainsi qu’une visite le lendemain en tuk-tuk. ”Excellent view on Ostuni from the room’s amazing terrace (we booked room with city view), very good breakfast with lots of options. Parking super convenient just across the street. We took a Tuktuk to the historic center (15 euro) and walked back, it’s an easy 10 min walk. Shower on the smaller side but otherwise a great hotel.”

”This was hands down our favourite stay of our whole trip! The location was wonderful and central. The host was very helpful and told us lots about what to see and where to go. She was also helpful in checking in and in allowing us to hold our bags there until later in the afternoon. The interior of the room was so elegant and our balcony overlooked the street below. ”We absolutely loved our stay. Very attentive before our arrival, arranging our parking and shuttle to the hotel. Once at the hotel the staff was so kind and friendly and offered recommendations. The room itself was better than expected and the buffet breakfast had a great selection. Best of all, it was quiet at night allowing us to actually get a good nights sleep.”

”Excellent little hotel with good location. We appreciated shuttle service provided by nearby private parking garage (recommended by the hotel also). Our cave was perfect for sleeping, no outside noise at all. The bed was a bit too hard for us, though. Several restaurants in very short walking distance. ”
