We had such a wonderful and relaxing time during our stay at the Admiral’s House! The host was so personable and offered excellent suggestions of things to see and places to eat. The home was clean and tidy! It felt like home away from home. The hot tub overlooking the caldera was definitely our favorite spot to relax and take in the scenic views. We would absolutely stay again!

Amazing house with a top notch view and wonderful accommodations. This house is on the quieter side of the island which was great for my family. Admiral's House was amazing and looked just like the pictures in the listing. The views were even more stunning in person! It was clean, comfortable and in a good location. Christina was so helpful with all of our questions before the trip! Dave met us at the house when we arrived and even brought us a small supply of goodies which was so nice!! He was so friendly and all of the recommendations he gave us for thjngs to see and places to eat were Spot On!!!! Our stay was great and we would definitely recommend this place!!!

Santorini trip

Wonderful views! The property has a private hot tub on the terrace facing the inside of the island towards the volcano. Comfy beds and located near a lot of great seafood as well as the Akrotiri excavations, if you're looking to sight see. Dave was a gracious host and gave us the rundown of everything we needed to know about the island. Would definitely do it again!

LIFE CHANGER

We had a truly memorable and fabulous stay here at the Admiral’s House. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. We were greeted by David on day one and he took his time to make sure we had everything we needed. He is very kind and hospitable. We felt right at home.The home and amenities were perfect. Very clean , cozy and comfortable. It was nice to travel away from all the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist areas and relax in the hot tub at night which provides a breathtaking view of the island. I would definitely return to this place and would highly recommend it without hesitation.

Everything was perfect from beginning to end. David and Christina made us feel at home and welcomed. Groceries from them upon arrival helped so much. Location to town center and the best beaches was very convenient. Enjoyed the privacy and the neighbors and would stay again!

Akrotiri Villa

Our family enjoyed staying at the Akrotiri Villa. It was away from all the busy crowds and we loved using the hot tub looking across at Oia and Fira lights at night. You will l need a car to visit Fira and Oia but well worth it.

We had a fantastic visit to the Admiral’s House in Akrotini. The views are AMAZING! The house has tons of character and just as posted. David met my daughter at check in and provided instructions, as well as providing some waters, and snacks. Very much appreciated! We were so happy with our stay!

We loved this property! David, Christina's husband met us and gave us some wonderful tips on restaurants and places to visit. We really enjoyed our tasty treats that were left for us. Dave met us upon our arrival. Very helpful with suggestions for things to do and showed us around the house. House has beautiful views and really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Dave even had complimentary food/coffee which we enjoyed. Would highly recommend this property. Driveway is fairly steep, but you do get used to it. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for us all.

Beautiful views and relaxing home!

Our first time in Santorini and the Admiral’s House was the perfect location for us! The views are absolutely spectacular from two decks. The hot tub was a nice retreat at the end of a long day of walking. The house was clean and beautiful. We loved the location of Akrotiri - it was nice to stay in a more low key location and then venture into the more larger and more crowded towns during the day. Communication with the owners was great the whole way through, and having Dave to welcome us and give us a lay of the land was so helpful at the beginning and throughout our stay.

Spectacular Views

We had a great experience at the The Admiral’s House! Family of 5 had plenty of room, very clean, and hot tub and deck was amazing! Christina was very responsive, and Dave met us at check-in and was very welcoming and gave us a great tour of the place and offered many great recommendations for for food and entertainment. Highly recommend!

Incredible view, great house and hosts

Loved everything about this place (other than the steep driveway, which you get used to)! David and Christina are great hosts; they are very helpful and responsive. David provides quite a bit of food and supplies when you arrive and has recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. We definitely recommend taking a sunset catamaran cruise with Sunset Oia and hiking the 6-7 miles between Fira and Oia. The villa is well-appointed and comfortable (though the mattresses and pillows could use an update), but, of course, the views from both the lower balcony and rooftop veranda are the real showstoppers. You can see the entire caldera with the islands, cruise ships coming in and out, and the towns of Oia and Imerviglio in the distance. The nearby town of Akrotiri is quaint. We had a great breakfast at Akrothiri and a nice dinner at Misteli. There is also a good taverna called Remezzo right on the water below the villa (it’s a bit pricey but the food and view are great). If you want all of the same breathtaking scenery without the crowds and congestion of Fira and Oia, this part of the island is for you! Everything you want to see is less than 20-30 minutes from the villa (the best beaches are only 5-10 minutes). We highly recommend Admiral’s House and will hopefully be back again someday!
