We had an unforgettable vacation. It exceeded our expectations. The Villa is beautiful, the view is breathtaking and situated in an ideal location(imerovigli) which is outside of the hustle and bustle of Fira but close enough to walk. I consider myself to have high standards, since I stay in 5 star hotels quite often for int'l business travel, and this accomodation surpassed my expectations and I, personally, think the villa is much more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The house is beautiful, the decor is modern but also holding to the traditional santorini style villa, the amenenties are great - eg beautiful kitchen, fresh robes, maid service, the concierge, great hairdryer and flat iron, surround sound .The family that owns this house takes great pride and care in their home and are wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this Villa to anyone visiting Santorini.

This is an absolutely stunning location. Our villa had everything that we needed and was very safe and secure. Vasiliki and Stelios were so accommodating and attentive to all of our needs! They always looked out for us and helped us out with anything that we needed. We truly felt like they wanted us to enjoy our first trip to Santorini. Do not hesitate to book this place…you will not be disappointed!

Santorini trip

Villa is large with all the facilities you need. Location is perfect with most of the destinations close by. The USP is the view of the caldera. You can relax at the villa and get and amazing view. Stelios and Vasiliki(management group) are fantastic. Always available and provided great tips. Also booked the transfer to and fro from airport as well as the sunset cruise. Kids had lot of fun at the pool in the villa. Will come and stay again here.

Wowzers! The photos really don't do this place and location justice. Imerovigli is truly the best part of the island if you're looking to avoid the cruise crowds and experience life in a quieter village. At the highest point on the island, the views are breathtaking. This PRIVATE multilevel home was perfect for our group. Comfortable well appointed. Everyone had plenty of space. (Yes, one of the bathrooms is off of the pool but the bathroom on the main level was easy to share.) The hosts coordinated airport transfers. You don't have to carry your luggage very far...just a 3-minute walk from the drop-off spot in town. We arranged for Chef Spiros to cook for us on our first night so that we could relax and get settled in, which was perfect. Skaros Rock was a short walk from the apartment -- and Fira is an easy 25-30 minute walk. Even though Imerovigli is sleepier than Fira and Oia, it had everything we needed -- coffee shops, pharmacy, ice cream and a great taverna called Rare (highly recommend). For upscale dining, the Athenian House was amazing and a 5-minute walk from the unit. We arrived the same day that a storm had come through which left the pool dirty but the hosts were wonderful and sent someone over to take care of it for us so we were able to relax in the pool after exploring the island all day. We also loved that we could do some laundry during our stay. Our group can't say enough about our 4-night stay here. It was the highlight of our entire 2-week Greece trip!

Great place, conveniently located. We had a group of 6, so this property worked out well. There was a bathroom for each couple, however, one of the bathrooms was outside by the pool. Overall, very nice.

Where do I begin…

This property was a challenge from the beginning. After booking I was charged an extra person charge without notification. This is and was one of the most expensive properties on VRBO and then they try to up charge you! We tried to speak with multiple agents from VRBO with no response or help we decided to proceed with the booking. The view from the property was breathtaking but that’s where the wonder ends. It is very difficult to get to the property tons of stairs, and uneven pathways. If you have bags I would be prepared to get in a workout!! Very challenging! They tried to help us with the bags but I felt bad for the 12 year child that was asked to help with the bags. After making into the property a couple of things to be prepared for…no TVs which is shocking for this level of property, very poor to no WiFi, very small non heated pool, the one bedroom is disconnected from the rest of the house (up two flights of outdoor steps and it is extremely small, the other two bedrooms don’t have doors and the third bathroom is not connected to the house does not have a lock or AC. The amenities for the property were basic with a sparse offering of towels, linens and toiletries. If you have more than 2 people in your party you will have privacy challenges. I would not recommend this property for the sole reason is that the communication with the owner and VRBO are poor at best. To the point that we challenged by the property manager on our experience with travel.

The Perfect Backdrop to Celebrate 65 Years of Love

This property not only met expectations--it exceeded them! Pictures don't do justice to the incredible view out over the caldera, or to the beautifully appointed villa. We loved being walking distance from Fira, but in a quieter part of the island where we could appropriately celebrate our parents 65th wedding anniversary. Upon arriving Stelios set up a Whats App stream to make it easy for us to contact them with our every need. Vasiliki and George met us at the property and welcomed us with open arms and were available 24/7. They arranged daily transportation for us, organized a sailing trip, even helped us cater an anniversary dinner on property (hats off to Spiros and Costos at Santorini Villa Catering). Seriously there is not one thing I would change about this experience. We are forever in debt to the team at Santorini Villa for making our parents' dreams come true (and ours too!)

What a view!

We had a great time at this villa in Santorini! The views are amazing and the location can't be beat. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed to make this vacation one of our best. The kitchen, living room and dining areas were spacious with lots of room for the 6 adults in our group. The pool was always clean and the perfect size to cool off in and enjoy the view of the caldera. Unlike many villas in Santorini this villa is very private. We could enjoy sitting outside and being in the pool without being seen by those walking past. It is also close to many great restaurants, so an easy walk for lunch and dinner without the crowded streets of Fira. Communication before and during our trip was prompt and friendly. The staff answered all our questions and made sure to check on our needs while in Santorini. We would love to return the next time we are in Santorini! Thanks for making our trip one of the best we've had!

Fantastic location and view.

A great villa just on the outskirts of Fira. Not nearly as crowded as being in Fira, but a short walk when you wanted to be in the heart of the action. A nice hike to Oia from the villa as well. Pool and pool area were great as well as an upper sitting area.

Amazing Villa

My family of five thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Santorini. We loved the location, fantastic view, amenities, and support. The various outside areas and pool provide a great place to unwind after a day around the island. The location of Imerovigli is the perfect balance when visiting Santorini; it offers excellent restaurants and services, with an area close to Fira and Oia, without the crowds and touristy environment. We also appreciated their recommendation for Christo from Black Pearl Tours for tours and transfers; he made our time in Santorini SO memorable and enjoyable.

Amazing in Every Way

Everything about this stay was perfect! The villa was beautiful, extremely comfortable, and had everything you could need. The view was absolutely gorgeous! We spent a lot of time relaxing in the outside area which was lovely. Susan was quick to respond to any questions. Stelios (the property manager) arranged airport transfers, met us upon arrival, arranged outings for us, and was available for any questions. He is a gem! Christos led our fantastic wine tour and additional transports and was incredibly knowledgeable and fun. The generosity of all the Santorini people warmed our hearts.

Nice location

Villa was lovely-online description was spot on. It was a bit of a walk up and down stairs with luggage on arrival (we asked for help on departure and were easily accommodated so be sure to ask). The sunset views were partially hidden by other bldgs. Stelios could not have been more accommodating-he went above and beyond with travel arrangements and any requests we asked of him. We had a villa in Rhodes prior to this and were probably spoiled by all the amenities provided-this villa did not offer much but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Perfect Santorini Villa

Poster property for a Santorini stay! This beautiful and well equipped villa is perfectly located. Quiet, but with plenty around to do. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Beautiful view! Prior to our trip, Stelios worked with us to order arrival provisions, make reservations for a sunset boating outing, and arrange airport transfers. Christos was our driver throughout our stay and took us on a winery tour focusing on 3 small wineries. The property was clean and as described. We could not have found a better accommodation for our group’s week-long stay.

The most amazing property

We stayed in Santorini Villa the week of my daughters wedding and it was the most amazing experience we could have wished for. The villa is everything that is advertised and more. The location is perfect with supermarkets and even a deli not a 100 yards away. And as for the views, spectacular. Fira was only a short walk away or if you preferred a taxi,that was easy too. I would highly recommend this property for the most memorable vacation.

We loved Villa Santorini! Unbelievable views. Our kids loved the plung pool! Very close to coffee, bakery, gyros, convenience shops. Easy 10 minute walk downhill to Fira. Easy to get everywhere on the island. No tour bus crowds here. The cleaning staff came everyday to make beds and tidy up. The owner and property managers are amazing! They are more like a concierge service helping to plan every detail months in advance. They made so many recommendations and they made many reservation’s for us too. They booked all our transfers and made our time in Santorini so easy to navigate. I highly recommend this Villa and Santorini too! We can not wait to go back.

Wonderful location and unique property

Our stay was amazing. The location made getting to Thera and Fira by foot and restaurants and supermarkets were only a few steps away. Property management was extremely responsive and seamlessly and easily took care of any and all last minute requests.

Gorgeous property

The whole experience was amazing. The management company proactively contacted me and arranged dinner reservations and tours. The pace was perfect. It was cleaned every day. Location perfect to get to all sides of the island. Overall a great experience

Perfect Villa in Santorini

A fantastic place to stay with a family in Santorini. Imerovigli is a brilliant place to stay, away from the cruise ships at Fira and with better views. The Villa is wonderful, great first impression and even better to spend the week there. One of the few properties with a genuinely private pool and sitting areas. And at the same time providing one of the best views on the island. Easy to stay without needing a car and then rent for a day or two for longer excursions. The three big bedrooms are beautiful and loads of extra space, for the whole family to relax. Pool was great. And the hosts were impeccable- very friendly, extremely responsive and very helpful with quick advice on restaurants, boats etc. We loved the holiday.

Amazing location!

We had a fantastic time in this property. The location was perfect with an unbelievable view of the Caldera. It was great to lounge in the pool and peer out over the cliff side houses. The advance help we received was great and the staff made sure we had everything we needed to ensure a wonderful trip. We often used the team to set up taxi service or restaurant reservations which was very helpful. Overall it was a spectacular location and very well maintained.
