Enter the spacious open-plan layout, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette, one double bedroom, and a bathroom. Our bathroom is equipped with a hot-tub! Take a moment to relax and unwind in the hot tub, enjoying your favorite beverage. Every essential amenity for a comfortable vacation has been thoughtfully provided, ensuring a delightful stay.

Visit Caldera (1.4km) and let your gaze wander to the unparalleled view of the volcanic islands and gaze at the magnificent sunset.


The house is the perfect starting point for those wishing to combine a relaxing and refreshing holiday with a multi-activity area and a vivid nightlife. It is ideally located for exploring the traditional village of Akrotiri, which is surrounded by picturesque stone alleys. Take a chance to explore Akrotiri one of the main attractions on the Greek island of Santorini, as well as one of the most important prehistoric settlements of the Aegean. There you will also find shops for your daily shopping, delicacies, bakeries, pharmacies, traditional taverns and restaurants where you will taste local flavors. There are also many cafes with a special character.

Very close to the village there are plenty of places with lively nightlife and traditional architecture, landscapes and lacy beaches. Visit the infamous Imerovigli (13km) where you can gaze upon the majestic and the world-wide famous sunset of Santorini.

The location combines beauty and peace with easy access to cosmopolitan beaches. Close to the property you will be able to explore famous beaches such as Kokkini (Red) Beach (1.5km), Akrotiri beach (2km), Aspri (White) Beach (3km) , Black beach (4km), Perissa beach (8km) Kamari beach (12km). Take a chance to visit Akrotiri Lighthouse (4.5km). For a day trip, do not hesitate to visit the nearby island of Nea Kameni, a volcanic island in the center of the caldera of Santorini.

There are many sport activities you can try here because of the rich natural scenery: you can go diving, kayaking, biking or hiking.

Beautiful cosy property in a lovely quiet area

This studio apartment is beautifully presented and maintained with a lovely sleeping area, kitchenette and en-suite bathroom which includes a hot tub area and separate shower. There is a roof-top area with two deck-chairs, two sun-loungers, a plunge pool and an absolutely stunning view. A daily maid service was provided with replenished drinking water bottles and coffee pods which was a much appreciated nice touch. Absolutely loved this property and would happily return.
