Thessyne Suite is an elegant and secluded retreat set within a cliffside complex in Akrotiri, Santorini, commanding uninterrupted views across the Aegean Sea and the volcanic caldera. Its privileged position, away from the island’s busiest areas, makes it ideal for a refined and romantic escape, while remaining within convenient driving distance of the airport, port, Fira, the Akrotiri archaeological site, the Red Beach and the lighthouse famed for its peaceful sunset views.



Completed in July 2018, Thessyne Suite is arranged over two levels and offers approximately 90 square metres of thoughtfully designed living space. The lower level comprises a king-size bedroom, a stylish sitting area and a contemporary bathroom with shower, alongside a private indoor couples’ Jacuzzi that creates an intimate and calming atmosphere. The upper level opens onto a generous outdoor terrace where guests can relax beside their private cave pool, complete with sun loungers and a daybed, all overlooking the dramatic caldera and sea beyond.



The suite reflects refined Cycladic architecture, blending natural materials and soft Mediterranean tones to create a timeless sense of luxury. Modern comforts include air conditioning, soundproofing, complimentary WiFi, flat-screen television with satellite and cable channels, minibar, coffee machine, safety deposit box and private entrance. The bathroom is fully equipped with bathrobes, slippers, spa bath amenities and high-quality toiletries, while both the terrace and balcony provide exceptional sea and landmark views.



Within the complex, guests may enjoy a restaurant offering a Greek tasting experience with panoramic caldera views, an infinity pool with Jacuzzi, sun loungers, umbrellas and relaxed seating areas. Breakfast is served daily in the privacy of the suite’s terrace or balcony, and room service is available. A 24-hour front desk and concierge service assist with transfers, car rental, boat excursions, private dining, wine tasting, helicopter and yacht charters, as well as floral arrangements and special occasion décor. Twice-daily maid service is included, while laundry, pressing, manicure, pedicure, hair styling, make-up services and in-suite massage treatments are available at an additional cost.



There is no damage deposit required for Thessyne Suite. Please note that certain services, including transfers, massages, private dining experiences and concierge-arranged activities, incur extra charges payable locally. Children aged 13 years and over are welcome, cots and extra beds are not available, pets are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed within the suite.
