  • Rauhallisella paikalla Episkopi Goniasin kylän kukkulan varrella sijaitseva "Villa accomodesio" tarjoaa tilavuuden, yksityisen ja tyylikkään asunnon, kauniista näkymistä Egeanmerelle ja Profitis Helias -vuorelle.
    Keskeisellä paikalla saarella, mutta massaturismin puutteessa, hiljattain kunnostetussa huvilamme on 135 neliömetriä. (1. 453 neliöjalkaa) sisätilat 2 tasossa.
    Pohjakerroksessa olohuone, oleskelu- ja ruokailutila, täysin varustettu keittiö, 1 makuuhuone ja wc, suihku,
    2 makuuhuonetta (toisessa iso parveke ja upea merinäköala) ja 1 kylpyhuone ensimmäisessä kerroksessa.
    Huvilassa on myös 30 neliömetriä. Yksityinen piha (320 neliöjalkaa), jossa on oleskelualue merinäköalalla, Kamarin kylässä, lentokentällä jne. Kaikista huvilan ulkoalueista on laajat näkymät Egeanmerelle ja vuorille.
    "Villa accomodesio" on täydellinen huvila suurille perheille tai kaveriporukalle, jopa kuudelle (6) henkilölle, jotka haluavat hienostunutta ja mukavaa oleskelua tällä kosmopoliittisella Santorinin saarella. Huvilamme on myös ihanteellinen perhejuhliin, pienelle ystäväryhmälle, häihin ja hääjuhliin.
    Ilmainen pysäköintipaikka on käytettävissä vain 70 m. omaisuudesta.
    Kiinteistö on riittävän lähellä rantaa (Kamarin ranta on 2 km päässä), Firan pääkaupunkikylä (6 km), Pyrgosin kylä (3 km) ja lentokenttä (3,5 km).
    Voimme myös hallita siirtoa satamasta / lentokentältä ja antaa tietoja kaikista saaren nähtävyyksistä.

Great property and centrally located

Three of us had a great stay here for 4 nights. The location is central to most areas of Santorini, we used a car to park at the villa and everything we saw during our stay was within a 5-30 minute drive. The house was comfortable and in great shape, highly recommended

Fantastic Property

Out of the hustle and a perfect location. Anna is wonderful and full of information. House was very clean, beds are comfortable, and we loved the relaxed atmosphere at the house. Car is a must but we would have rented regardless.

Séjour de rêve

Environnement tranquille à souhait. Villa hyper agréable mais difficile à trouver la première fois. Heureusement, Katerina, la gestionnaire, était au bord de la rue pour nous guider. Evripidis est un hôte très attentionné et Katerina une gestionnaire hors-pair. Nous recommandons sans réserve!

Perfect location to enjoy Santorini!

This beautiful property is located in the oldest section of Santorini. The property is beautiful and well appointed! It’s also out of the hustle and bustle of downtown. The hosts are absolutely perfect. We were met and everything about the property explained. We were also given marvelous recommendations. And the view…just spectacular! Could not ask for a better place! Highly recommended!

Peace and tranquility

The property was immaculate and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, space for a family to be together & apart! From the first communication, to the meet & greet through recommendations of places to eat & visit everything was perfect. It was wonderful to be so close to all the Santorini glory yet a step back to enjoy the peace and splendor. If you enjoy being slightly off the beaten track but close to everything when you want entertainment this is the perfect place. The ocean view and tranquility were amazing. The upstairs patio was wonderful for watching the sun rise and then at the end of the day a short drive over the hill we got to experience of the Santorini sunset. A wonderful few days.

Princely abode set on a quiet craggy hillside.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house is fully appointed. Traditional and lovely in every detail, Villa Accomodoso is in a tiny village with breathtaking views of sunrise over the sea. A very quiet spot away from the hub-bub of Oia. Our only complaint was personal in that my wife needs a cane on unlevel surfaces and the walk from the car to the house was a arm-hugging 200 foot challenge for her. I think that the listing should caution people about this more clearly in their description. Never the less we would not have wanted to stay anywhere else. The hosts were amazing.

Heavenly Villa Views

You will not be disappointed with this property! The views from the front patios(1st and 2nd floors) are fabulous. It is breathtaking, mountain and sea surrounding you with beautiful homes dotted on the hillsides. The home itself is extremely comfortable and decorated so nicely. The location is a bit remote so you will need a car or organize transportation, which is not a problem. You might be surprised at the walkway onto the property, we were, but well worth the little hike. Communication with the host and Anna the property manager was top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and know you will too! If you see a small friendly gray kitty, feed her and give her water.

Great location off beaten path

The property and experience were very good. The home easily accommodated a couple, our two teenage daughters plus my father (82) and aunt (72). The hosts were in good contact before the visit and were very welcoming. The location was nice. It was a glimpse into one of the few places left in Santorini that is not bustling with tourists, it was a nice escape. I strongly recommend this location with only one caution...If you are not comfortable driving on twisty narrow roads or for other reasons do not want to rent a car this is probably not the best choice. It is not really within walking distance of any destinations. Finally I want to thank the hosts for the thoughtful touches such as the welcome bottle of wine and the provided laundry detergent. Great time thanks!

Greece getaway

I travelled with my twin sister and my niece. The villa was peaceful, quiet, very clean, and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfy. Anna was the hostess and she was very helpful whereas she contacted us before our stay for logistics. She was able to check us in early as well as give many recommendations on where to eat and sights to see. Plus much needed help on how to use the washing machine for the many cycles (it worked great). A great big thank you to Anna. Evripidis, the owner, graciously allowed us to check in early and depart late, which was greatly appreciated. The water and bottle of wine was an unexpected surprise. Thank you so much for your hospitality and sharing your lovely home. FYI, the ac units in each room were wonderful as it was still warm in September. I would definitely stay here again.

Santorini at its best

Without exception- this home, the host, and the location was outstanding! From the fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, to the linens and essentials, to the spectators views and quiet location- this accommodation was perfect for our stay. The only “issue” we had was initially finding it, as the island does not have addresses and Google maps consistently took us to the wrong location. But it really wasn’t an “issue” as our host was in constant communication, and helped us navigate our way to the property. Like much of the island, accessibility was an issue for one of our family members with mobility restrictions attempting to visit the property. You must walk a path from the parking area to the home which includes a wood planked bridge and several uneven steps. The walk isn’t far and not too challenging for an able body person, but be prepared to carry your luggage (as the same in most of Greece).

We spent 5 days at this property in June and it was very nice. First, the good points: Spacious and clean, great air conditioning units in all 3 bedrooms, beds are comfortable, fabulous views from the master bedroom and outdoor patios, strong water pressure, good for showering as well as plenty of hot water for all guests (make sure at check-in that you are shown the hot water switch in the kitchen ). The kitchen has most things needed for cooking a meal. There was an initial supply of coffee pods and cooking ingredients, a nice touch! In addition, there is a full sized refrigerator to fill up with bottled water and snacks We also appreciated the brand new washer and dryer to do our laundry. I highly recommend this VRBO rental but will mention: 1) the walk to the house and the stairs inside the house may be difficult for older people and those with mobility difficulties 2) a car is necessary - this rental is up on a hill, approximately 2.5 miles from the beaches and downtown areas. No one in our group of 4 had mobility issues and we enjoyed exploring the areas directly outside the unit. A first hand look into the way the Greek houses were built into the hills! Super cool. We also had a car rental and enjoyed exploring all over the island. Thank you !!

Sehr schöner Urlaub auf Santorini

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist recht gut, (Auto nötig), nicht weit zum Strand, zum Supermarkt, wo man alle Lebensmittel bekommt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit möglich und sehr nett. Wir wurden von Anna empfangen und sie hat uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben und war ebenfalls immer erreichbar. Das war klasse. Wir haben die obere Etage bewohnt und in dem einen Zimmer die beiden Einzelbetten zusammen geschoben. Unten in dem Raum wollte keiner so recht wohnen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das hat zum Wohlfühlen beigetragen. In der Küche sind die meisten Dinge, die man so braucht, vorhanden. Wir hätten uns noch über Badehandtücher gefreut, aber es ging auch so. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Jolie maison un peu difficile d'accès

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison qui est conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Anna, avec de bons conseils. La maison est très propre et bien décorée et la vue est très sympa des différentes terrasses. Elle est un peu éloignée ce qui a comme avantage d'être au calme mais l'inconvénients de tout faire en voiture. On peut regretter le chemin d'accès à la maison qui est difficile pour de jeunes enfants ou des personnes ayant des problèmes de marche ainsi que le manque d'équipements dans la cuisine (pas de lave vaisselle, de micro-ondes, grille pain, cafetière traditionnelle, plaques chauffantes anciennes). Par ailleurs nous aurions apprécié des chaises longues sur la terrasse. A ce niveau de prix ce manque d'équipements est ennuyeux. Nous avons cependant passé une très agréable semaine.

Authentic Santorini

This peaceful villa was great for us. We were a family of 5 adults and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out. The villa is cool with sea and mountain views from the patio, balcony and roof terrace, and it’s position is reasonably central on this little island. We liked the fact that the villa was set amidst houses that had been damaged in the earthquake and typical locals’ homes. You really got a sense of the recent history of this volcanic island. We used the car every day and I would definitely recommend this. It was also good to have a satnav app as there are no obvious road names so it is easy to get lost. There is a car parking space down a little, rugged path which made the villa seem more secluded and special. The host and Anna were both excellent at keeping in touch and Anna was there to meet us when we arrived from the airport. She was so kind and helpful, gave loads of suggestions and booked us lunch on my birthday. Special recommendations were brunch at Brusco’s in Pyrgos, Kamari Beach, the Akrotiri excavations, the sunset at Fira and the outdoor cinema. We had a lovely holiday here. Thank you!

Great experience

We had the best experience working with Evripidis and Anna (the hostess). From booking to check out, both were communicative, helpful & kind. Anna gave many restaurant & beach suggestions as well as organized a sailing sunset cruise that was a highlight of our trip. Evripidis's love for wine and wineries was evident (us too!) Wish we could have spent an afternoon visiting one of his recommendations. The spacious Villa Accomodesio was perfect for us. (3 teens, my husband and myself) It's away from the high tourist areas which we preferred. With our rental car (a must) we were able to spend each day touring different parts of Santorini. There was A/C on the main floor and separate units in each of the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked including dish soap & I appreciated that they provided paper towels. Between the hospitable hosts and the comfortable Villa I would highly recommend! Thank you Evripidis & Anna! P.S. The 'Open Air Cinema Kamari' is SO great. Arrive an hour early (at least) for choice seating. It's about 3 miles from Villa Accomodesio

Would definitely stay here again. Great location, lovely villa, we’ll appointed, and our villa manager Anna was very responsive & amazing! She gave us terrific recommends from dining to activities. The view was amazing,

Tranquil stay at Villa Accomodesio

The villa owner Evripidis and Anna the hostess were excellent to deal with. Pre-arrival Evripidis communicated well and answered all our questions and once arrived Anna was great. She helped us find the villa as there are no road signs in Santorini. She was available for all our questions and needs, explained the surrounding area of Santorini, gave suggestions of where to go for meals and where to visit, and even arranged to book our sunset boat rental. The 2 level villa was very comfortable for our family of 5 adults and was well equipped for a short or even a longer stay. The villa is away from the hustle and bustle of large crowds which made for a very relaxing and tranquil time in Santorini. A vehicle is a must. We highly recommend Villa Accomodesio!

l accueil ainsi que les explications du propriétaire, les services (navette, location des scooters) furent parfaites. La maison très bien, nous étions 6 et la maison était bien aménagée pour nous recevoir. Nous reviendrons.

Beautiful authentic country side.

If you like authentic this is it. We spent three days at this location and used 4 wheelers to get around Santorini. Access to the house requires hiking over somewhat difficult terrain. For us it was fine and The enjoyment of the countryside outweighed the obstacles. The house was well furnished and cute. One couple used the upper bedroom with patio and one couple used the lower bedroom. I would have liked washcloths in the bathrooms but have not seen washcloths so far in any of the VRBO’s that we have stayed in. No microwave if you are planning to just heat up something from the market or leftovers. Overall we really enjoyed the home and view and the central location on the island. Katerina was wonderful in arranging our ride to and from the port and recommendations for dinner. She also arranged our 4 wheeler contacts right to our location.

Fun time

Four of us stayed at the Villa. We loved the house and once we realized we needed to rent a car, considered the location a good one. You must have a car. Katarina facilitated that and we rented a car within an hour and then were free to roam all over Santorini. There are trails hidden, and unhidden, that you can take to see what it's like to really "live" on Santorini. We discovered little tucked away villages and homes. The Villa was meticulously maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the living space well designed. The kitchen does need a microwave, however. Other than that, we highly recommend this place. We would definitely choose this spot again. Thank you for an amazing time!! Mary, Mike, Greg, and Teresa

Beautiful location great owner and property manager

We traveled with a party of 5 (2 families) and this property was perfect for us. We loved the location, the views, and the hospitality of the owner, the property manager, and all of the locals we met. I would recommend renting a car, although there is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill less than a 10 minute walk away, and the bus goes to the major towns and sites. The villa is central to several wineries and a short drive to several beaches, Fira, etc. We loved being away from the bustle of the main towns but still convenient to most locations on the island. Evripidis was very responsive to communications during the booking process and Katerina, the property manager, was always available with recommendations for places to eat, activities, etc. I had some work obligations while vacationing so i greatly appreciated that there was reliable wifi.
