The grounds are divided into two sections, with the owners’ residence and guest houses occupying one half, while the remaining area hosts a beautifully designed private villa with adjacent guest suites. Each residence features its own entrance, private pool and parking, allowing the property to be enjoyed either independently or together for intimate celebrations, family gatherings or special occasions.



Villa Altairia is the most intimate residence within the estate, often described as a romantic retreat designed for peaceful island living. This elegant 45 m² luxury suite accommodates up to four guests and blends Cycladic charm with modern simplicity. A serene bedroom with a queen-size bed and natural fibre COCO-MAT mattress faces the sea, while the open-plan living area with a kitchenette opens to captivating Aegean views. The spacious bathroom features a rain shower, and the interior is designed to promote rest, comfort and understated sophistication.



Outdoors, a secluded private courtyard creates an inviting setting for relaxation, complete with a plunge pool, sun loungers, umbrella, and a shaded pergola lounge. A small dining area and BBQ facilities allow for memorable al fresco meals amid peaceful surroundings.



Guests enjoy air conditioning, satellite TV, Hi-Fi system, free Wi-Fi and daily housekeeping, with linen changed three times weekly. Breakfast is served à la carte each morning, and arrival and departure transfers, as well as one manual car for the duration of the stay, are included. Laundry service is available at an additional charge, and optional third-party car insurance can be arranged. All taxes are included in the rate.
