Villa Apanema is nestled in the peaceful countryside of Santorini, surrounded by scenic vineyards and farms. Just 400 meters from the sea side of Vourvoulos, guests can enjoy the nearby small fishing port and a charming seaside tavern offering fresh seafood and local specialties.
Part of a stunning new private tourist complex spanning 6,000 square meters, the villa is one of seven, alongside the owner’s residence. The entire complex can be rented for special occasions such as weddings, family gatherings, or large groups, or the villas can be rented individually. Each villa features its own private entrance, outdoor space with BBQ facilities.

The location offers tranquility away from the hustle and bustle, with Fira, the island’s main town, located about 3 km away. As public transportation options are limited (with only two buses a day), a car is recommended for easier access to shops, nightlife, and other attractions. However, a car is provided at no extra cost with the villa rental, ensuring guests have the freedom to explore the island during their stay.

The outdoor space of villa Apanema is very spacious and is mostly paved, it offers a beautiful sea view, there is a large private swimming pool equipped with sun lounges, there is also a covered patio with sofa bench and a table with chairs for al fresco meals.

The interiors of the villa is over 200 square meters and and can accommodate up to 10 people (6 adults and 4 children) in 3 spacious bedrooms; the entrance leads to a bright living room equipped with sofas and armchairs, there is a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms one with jacuzzi and one with shower.
The villa is fully air conditioned, there is internet wifi, flat screen sat TV; daily housekeeping.

Villa Apanema is located in a relaxing area of Santorini, the nearest beach is about 400 meters away, store or restaurants/tavern are about 800 meters away; the town of Fira is 3 km away; Santorini Airport 10 km; port 10 km.

Minimum stay: 3 nights
Check-in: 14:00 Checkout: 10:00
A refundable deposit of € 500 is required upon arrival and it will be returned at the end of the stay less any charges in case of damage to the property.
