”Room was very clean, Kelly stayed on top of cleaning the whole unit daily and did a great job! Close to metro stop making it super easy to get to all the main attractions. There were quite a few restaurant options nearby as well. Multiple shops within walking distance if needed for clothing, pharmacy, and groceries. ”

”It was a great experience right from booking to checking out. Although we didn’t meet the hosts personally they were extremely friendly and helpful and quick to respond. The room was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Fantastic location, short walk to the Colosseum and plenty of restaurants. Would definitely recommend!”

”Excellent stay! The owner contacted me very quickly after reservation, arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport (nighttime) and send me recommendations about restaurants and sites to visit. The room was as good as we expected, very nice and really close to Colosseum. Breakfast was slim, but normally at this price you don't get any breakfast so we were very happy with this. The day before our departure owner offered us a possibility to use the room on the last day as long as we like,...

”Fantastic accommodation and brilliant location.”

”Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Heikko aamiainen, ei leikkeleitä.”

”Great place to stay. Very walkable to any bus station or a scooter ride from the Colosseum.”

”enjoyable and very social with nice daily events. very well centered location with food spots and amenities near by”

Regarding Domus Flaviae, Stefano was very attentive and the prepared breakfasts by Rebecca were top notch. A few caveats to keep in mind...

”Excelente todo, muchas gracias !!”

”Avoid, doesn't look like the listing, much smaller and the walls are paper thin, we got disturbed at midnight till the early hours with the room across the hall. There is no privacy and the room is not clean. No check in staff and told to communicate over WhatsApps. Unhelpful and rude staff over the phone and constantly demanding payment without any notice.”

”Hyvä sijainti ja kiva hotelli. Ainoa miinus suihku oli huono.”

”The best part of this hotel was the staff, so friendly and helpful it made the hotel feel very welcoming, close walk to train station and restaurants. Great place to stay”

”テルミニ駅から徒歩で行けるので、立地は抜群ですし、治安もそこまで悪いとは感じませんでした。”
