Front desk was unhelpful and rude. The hotel refused services to you and we ended up having to nook another hotel. In other words, the hotel was paid 2x for the same room. It is absolutely disgusting. Also, they were very questionable individuals in and out of the hotel while we were at the front desk and the smell of...

”The cleaning was poor; furthermore, the room lacked soap and fresh bedsheets. The housekeeper would enter the room and make the beds, but she did not change the sheets—she only replaced the bath mat on the floor. She failed to provide us with soap (which we were out of), and the room was not vacuumed—not even the floors or the carpets.”
