  • Isle Haven A on täydellinen koti sinulle tehdä muistoja, jotka kestävät koko elämän! Se on täydellinen rantapaikka rentoutua ja nauttia klassisesta Floridan viehätyksestä Anna Maria Islandilta. Ei kadun ylitystä rantaan pääsemiseksi! Tämä hiljattain remontoitu 3 makuuhuoneen / 2. 5 kylpy duplex tarjoaa kaikki mukavuudet, joista voit ajatella. Sinut on ilo saavuttaessasi tämän kauniisti sisustetun avoimen pohjaratkaisun, jossa on taulutelevisio, mukavat istua ja ruokailla kuudelle, vain muutamia mainitakseni. Suuri keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikilla keittiövälineillä, joita tarvitset aterioiden ja välipalojen valmistamiseksi. Yksityinen toimisto on myös tässä ihanassa kodissa aivan oleskelutilan vieressä. Toisessa kerroksessa on makuuhuone king-size-vuoteella ja queen-size-vuoteet toisessa ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa. Great family vacation

Beautiful and Great Location!

The house was clean with a big kitchen that had everything you need. Location was one block from the beach and across the street from restaurants/bars and some shopping.

LOVED IT

We were so pleased with our Anna Maria VRBO stay. The house is beautiful with a great location, close to the beach and dining. The house has everything you could possibly need. I felt like I was staying at someone’s home, not a piece part put together vacation rental. Property manager was responsive to questions in timey manner. I would definitely recommend this listing!

Great location!

Great location and the house has everything you need. The only issue we had was the carpets and rugs were very dirty. All of our socks had black on the bottom of our feet after a trip upstairs. The house, pool and location and amazing.

Loved our stay!

Loved our stay at Anna Maria Island! The house was clean, spacious and fully stocked with kitchen essentials, plenty of towels and beach accessories. Only issue we had was the cleaning crew arrived just before our check in time and were there an hour after our check in time. Wouldn’t have been an issue if we arrived a little later but we even let the host know we’d be there right at the check in time, so we ended up waiting in our car for about an hour. But overall would definitely stay there again!

As Good As The Photos

This was a lovely, spacious, delightful property. It was just as nice in real life as the other online photos! The kitchen is so well stocked, we had a hard time remembering where to put away items we had used! (The only addition we would have liked would be cloth napkins.) We were especially pleased by Kevin, the realtor’s Mr. Fixit. He came a couple of times & was just terrific! And the location was great too.

Great location to chill!

This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely property. (This was the first time we stayed on the side with the pool!) We love how close it is to local shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the beach entrance. This property is fully stocked with the two things we all need, plenty of clean kitchen utensils and secondly, a nice selection of beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas, toys, beach towels, etc.)to load up the wagon and take down to the beach and set up shop for the day!!! We’re hoping to comeback soon!!!

Reviewer Comments: This location is great for beach time and walkable to some fun restaurants, coffee shops etc. The house itself is a little beat up. The AC/Heat are really loud. The pool, while functional, doesn't really look like the pictures. The bottom was apparently damaged in attempts to clean it out post hurricane. My kids still swam in it. The spa is not a hot tub. The kitchen is great and very well stocked. The bathrooms are fine, not great, but the water pressure was good and hot water supply extensive.

The house is great and having a pool was a must. The cable was terrible in the living area and the beach equipment must be replaced. We had to rent our own.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was able to get in no problems. The home is in need of updating appliances are old. I had to light the gas stove. They did send a maintenance man out and he was helpful in getting the burners to light without having to use out side lighter and get the oven going. Washer and dryer worked, extremely loud because of their age 2nd refrigerator, which was helpful was extremely noisy. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. The home is in a great location and Pool area is very nice. The property was clean. Well maintained that way just needs updated appliances , New mattresses had to bring us a new coffee maker while were there coffee maker would not work

Reviewer Comments: We have been visiting AMI for 20 years and stayed at lots of various places on the Island Isle Haven A blew us away just amazing Everything was just perfect ideal location for the Beach, Restaurants, supermarkets Our daughter got married at the Sandbar in 2016 she was here with us with her husband and 2 sons aged 3 and 6 the pool was great they were in it everyday they loved it added bonus that it was warm due to the hot tub Would definitely recommend it if anyone is looking at booking here don’t hesitate Jody book it we already are looking at dates for next year🌞😄😄

The kitchen was huge, but I could have done without the termites. They were unacceptable and something I had never experienced in a rental. It was wonderful having your own pool, but upon arrival toys, floats, furniture was not neatly organized. The shells around the pool are rough on the feet, so wear shoes. Artificial grass or some kind of turf would be easier to walk on. The steps into the pool could use a handrail for a safer entry in and out of the pool. The location of the property was convenient to everything. Next time I would prefer a view of the ocean and a portion on the beach with no seaweed, but that is not the owners fault. They do have a very nice place and it's well maintained. You can walk to several restaurants and shops. Florida Dreams was very responsive to questions, concerns, and requests. I paid $280.00 (TOO HIGH) for professional cleaning and should not have to strip the beds, take out the trash, or run the dishwasher, etc. My the time I left I felt like there was not much left for the maid to do.

Everything was perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house had everything you would need for a family of 6, plus a dog! The kitchen is huge and has doubles of everything, and I mean everything! The bedrooms all have adequate space for a long stay. Then there’s the pool...we used it a lot! It was so warm. Being the end of Dec/beginning of January, we were prepared for the hot tub to not get very hot, but it was! I honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else on the island. Stores and many restaurants are literally across the street. We had many good meals! Also, this house is pretty much in the middle of the island. We took the golf cart that we rented to both ends of the island. Lastly, the beach is down the road, about a block or 2. Very easy walk with the wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas that are provided. We would not hesitate to stay here again! (Gave 4 stars for amenties only because we would have liked more rafts/floaties for the pool. Not a big deal though. Bought some already blown up from a store across the street).

Always a great stay in Holmes Beach, great rental property!!

We loved our stay at this property! It's a very short walk to the beach and a street over several restaurants and shops! The house had everything we needed and the space was great for our family of 5.
