”This place is a scam! I booked through hotels dot com and they didn’t even have my Reservation. They never answered the phone! If you like losing your money, then def book here!”

”Yes it was Christmas and we needed something’s. The just did not hesitate to take time away from their family to ensure we had the things that we needed. If we’re ever back to Cocoa Beach, we will definitely be staying there again. !!”

”Everything seemed to be going really smoothly, including the check-in. Upon arriving at the unit rental, D we found the conditions of the unit D unacceptable. The kitchen was filthy with crumbs, dirty coffee, pot, dirty dishes in the cabinets. The outside of the refrigerator door was dirty with smudges and sticky substance poured down the front. The bathroom sink was not clean. There was old toothpaste spit in the sink and handles for the faucet were dirty. There was a dead spider in the bathtub...

”This host double booked the property. I contacted the host because I didn’t see the check in instructions in my email. If I hadn’t done this I would have walked in to other people in the home. The host gave a basic sorry for the inconvenience and I will refund the money. This really wasn’t helpful, I had to scramble to find a hotel for my family of 5 while at the airport heading to Florida. Horrible experience.”

”We had an amazing stay at this house in Cape Canaveral. The location is perfect if you want to visit the Kennedy Space Center, which is the main reason we chose this place. We had no neighbors during our stay, so we had the pool all to ourselves—it truly felt like a little paradise. This is a great place for families with small kids. ”Place is super cute but the dishwasher was leaking when we walked in. Called Rob and he accommodati g but they sent someone at 7:45 the next morning and we were sleeping; so they just ended up turning it off later that day but it kept leaking . Hot tub was a little dirty and barely warm”

The outdoor shower was everything, especially when 8 girls were all trying to get ready for dinner as fast as possible! I would 100000% recommend this house for anyone looking for a cute, girly and very user friendly home for a girls trip weekend!”
