”What a great host Angela was. We felt welcomed from the time we arrived. Our room was very clean and everything that was promised. The cliff trail was stunning and most needed after a long drive. The only issue I had was a lack of hot water when I showered. However, after breakfast it was fine.”

”Great hotel in a beautiful location right on the River Dee. The views are incredible. Ample parking. Nice room (with river view), and modern bathroom. Breakfast and dinner were very well made. Service everywhere was excellent. There was a wedding going on my first night - I didn’t hear a thing. At first I thought the bed felt firm, but I had great sleeps both nights. Overall, an excellent hotel, and I will stay again if I’m in the area.”

”Inside rhe bathroom was a north American plug in. For 110v and 220v. Room cleaning is excellent. Wow. Shower was spotless when i came back. Amazing. Great location to union street bars. 1.2-2km walk to some amazing pubs. Parking is free if you get a spot arrive early dont move. Friday noon was lined up so i stayed put and walked instead. Breakfast is 5 stars. Coffee cappacino full english breakfasts. Everything u could want included in my price for the night.”

”We stayed here for one night with my mum, and our stay was just perfect. The hotel is simply beautiful and has a real castle vibe. The best thing was that the spa was included, which we weren't aware of before arriving. We had nice dinner at the hotel and then enjoyed the rest of the evening in the spa, till it closed. It was truly relaxing stay and on top of that even though I managed to lose my necklace after leaving the spa, when I emailed the hotel later, they had managed to find it and send...

”Perfect place to stay with a dog. The mattress could do with an upgrade but otherwise very comfortable although there was an overwhelming smell of cleaning products in the accommodation. Food is excellent. ”
