An old gravestone from the 1840s at a beautiful old cemetery with 20 head stones. They must have selected this little hill as a burial sight because of the great sunsets.
Taken from the highest point in Illinois this is a view just before sunset on a beautiful evening. This is a prime location for storm watching and lightning shots.

The hotel is beautiful and so full of history. They have kept it up and made updates to keep it with the times but still remain timeless. The pool was fantastic, the hot tub was divine, Caroline's candied bacon, whooooaaaa! We only ate breakfast there but even those drinks were fun! We can't wait ...

The cabin was nice I would just say the only thing I would recommend is better cleaning there is large amounts of dust on fans and vents and around bathrooms faucets where pretty dirty, overall it was nice.
