”Basically clean, but appears old in a somewhat run down, not charming way. The carpet & some furniture have staining; a knife holder in the kitchen showed obvious rusting from age & wear. One of the bedrooms had a noticeable odor, but several "Odo-ban"s were found in that bedroom ( not sure what happened there?).”

”Even though the building was older in age inside the apartment was looking new. Communication with owner was good. The air conditioning unit was not strong enough for the entire apartment and sleeping was warm even with fans provided. The check out time on site was 11am but was asked to leave by 10 am. ”The communication with the host was not good. Even though I had planned to arrive after check in time which is 3pm, I still did not have my check in instructions by 8pm. The property states free parking, yet there are only 2 hour free parking availability with signs posted. The apartment was up 3 flights of narrow stairs which is not in the listing.
