”Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and modern. The hotel is about 10mins walk from the train station. It is manageable as there is no bus or taxi in the area. I would highly recommend this place. Small family hotel but very nice and very clean. ”

”Huone todella iso. Allas ja piha-alue olivat todella näyttävät. Hotellin miljöö ihastuttava. Parkkipaikkoja runsaasti. Aamiainen oli kattava ja maittava, tuoreita hedelmiä. Hinnat ravintolassa ja allas baarissa hieman kalliit, mutta ruuat / juomat hyviä. Henkilökunta mukavaa ja mahdollistavat ilmaiseksi 1.5 tuntia myöhemmä check outin.”

”Luxurious breakfast, clean beautiful room. We were upgraded into a better room with 2 bedrooms. Awesome. ”

”We did not receive Anu information a bout hotel from in the check in. It took 2-3 minutes in desk and she (reception) took our passports and told after half an hour come take your pass. I paid 25 € for room decoration and a drink, for my husbands birthday, but the decoration was exactly for honey moon not for a birthday! So disappointed. Our fridge did not work for first day and after our report on second day still in evening the replacement on the floor was not anyway cold until evening third...

”Very beautiful and cozy hotel! Our room had a great view to the garden and Lugano lake. Spacious room, which was very clean and pleasant, it had a nice balcony. There was an excellent pianist playing in the lounge whole evening on Saturday night. Hotel is situated by only 20 minutes walk from the city center and there was a free bus connection frequently going to city center. We recommend the hotel and would like to visited soon again. ”

”Hyvä palvelu, siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli. Kylpylässä ei ole ollut ruuhkaista ja henkilökunta oli ystävällinen. Ainut huono puoli - huonepalvelusta jääneet astiat ja lasit ei ole viety pois huoneesta 2 päivää. Sinne ne jäi, kun olemme lähteen pois hotellista. Meillä oli varattu kaksi yötä. ”
