”My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay. It was very cleanly & had all the amenities you need. Our host was very responsive & very nice. 7 nights is a lot away from home, but it was great. Less than 10 mins to Kiawah beach, about 35-40 to Folly Beach. 10/10 ”

”The condo was roomy, light, bright, clean and very private. Excellent communication by the host. Access to the walkway along the marina was only a few steps away. We had a fun dinner at The Salty Dog with live music most nights, less than a 10 minute walk. All in all a wonderful stay and we would recommend this rental to everyone looking to stay in this area. ”

”This property is is exactly as described. The best part is its location in private Seabrook Island. Seabrook has an amazing, long and smooth beach which can't be beat. It was also great to rent bikes and cruise around the island. We love Seabrook and this was a great home base for our vacation!”

”What an amazing stay! Location was perfect and the villa was fantastic. We arrived to a clean and neatly decorated villa. My husband is fascinated with the couch! We enjoyed a relaxing, quiet and restful week. We even got to see a few Bucks and a managed to score some fossilized shells. Highly recommend Seabrook Island and 1370 Pelican Watch. We will definitely be back!!!!”

”This is a standard condo unit in one of Seabrook's villa complexes. It was clean and comfortable and well stocked. The property manager responded very quickly when we could not figure out how to open the key gizmo. The location is perfect--a short walk from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.”

”Our family enjoyed our stay so much! Beachfront access with a 2 and 4 year old was hard to beat! We had plenty of room with a pack N play and toddler air mattress. We loved everything about our first trip to Seabrook and can’t wait to come back next year! ”

”Wonderful location and property for our vacation. Having the access pass to enjoy the island beach to swim, relax and watch the sunsets with no crowds was amazing. It was a perfect home base for our exploring of Charleston, Beaufort and Folly Beach. The home had all needed amenities for a relaxing week at our home away from home. Charlie was responsive immediately to any questions we had and it was much appreciated. We hope to be back again! Thank you- Donna and Glenn”

”We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway.
