”We stayed here for one night before checking into our house in Watercolor. The hotel was great for what we needed. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. I have no complaints. I think this hotel is a great option for those looking to travel to 30a more affordably. The rooms are spacious but basic, with kitchenettes that would suffice for a week long stay. ”First of all, the room was not cleaned after the previous guest, which is evident by the pubic hairs on the walls of the shower. Mold on the ceiling, smoke detector missing, ice machine broken the entire time so we had to drive and go buy some. Called and was told they would have someone check it out but never did. We booked this particular place because it had a pool also. Well, the code to open the gate to get to the pool wouldn't work. Reached out multiple times and was told that was the...

”I was pretty disappointed with this place. The cleanliness was terrible for the price that you’re paying. The room smelled musty, there was trash under the bathroom counter, the pool had multiple, used band aids around it. Nothing was accessible unless you use the tram. Considering that they specifically charge you resort and cleaning fees ON TOP of what you’re already paying, basic cleanliness wasn’t too much to ask for.”

”We arrived 2 hours after the scheduled checkin. There were people living at the property when we arrived. They told us to leave. After they finally left, we were able to access the space, it was dirty. Dishes in the sink, refridgerator in the hallway, etc... most of the pool passes were missing, and no internet. The original inhabitants came back later that night requesting to enter and retrieve their property. The internet was restored the next morning but then the lights began to short out....
