Monterey craftsman style home with vaulted exposed-beams ceiling hardwood floors throughout. Perfect location to see all that the Monterey Peninsula has to offer. King size bed in every bedroom. Seven minute drive to the beach. 15 minutes to Pebble Beach or Carmel. 10 minutes to downtown Monterey. Dummy cameras on front exterior of home. The fifth bedroom is a converted garage and may be cool in temperature then the rest of house. early or late check out is $200 an hour. if you have multiple cars indoor oversized vehicles that are you are traveling with please state that to The Host

  • One of the trail heads around Ft. Ord National Monument. The trails are a combination of paved roads, dirt roads and sandy paths. Manzanitas on all sides. Live oaks and lace lichen make this a wonderland of gnarly branches. The light rain the morning we hiked gave the manzanitas a shine and a depth that was surreal!

Simple, very clean home in quiet neighborhood.

This home was comfortable and sufficient for our needs. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was responsive. The only downside is that it seemed over priced, for the size of the home.

Host description not accurate - refused to stay

This host was unacceptable. The host required a separate rental agreement, proof of ID of all guests, car license plate info and damage insurance. The host advertised a hot tub on the property. There was no hot tub. One of the bedrooms was in a garage that had one "wall" that was an unsealed garage door. When communicating with the owner, she was nasty and rude calling me names. She should not be a host. We complained to VRBO and they agreed the listing was not accurate and moved us to a hotel with promise of a full refund.

Golf trip

The home met our needs with 7 people. Enough room to hang out. The course NL negative was we could not get any of our phones to cast to the TV. (No cable or Satellite) Location was convenient for our needs.

We loved this cozy house!

This was a great place and my family loved staying here. Was in a very quiet location but had quick access to everything we needed or wanted to get to. The house was super clean and very comfortable. It was a relaxing get away we needed!

We did not stay here, location was changed day of.

We were in route to this location when I received a text from the host. They said that it was damaged and that we would be unable to stay there. They offered us a different house instead they said this other house was also marked 25% more but that there would be no up charges since it was last minute. Fine we were already almost there so what could we do. We got there and the place was nice, but nowhere better then the place we choose. Yes it had enough beds and was a cute home but that was it. 5 bedroom, 7 beds. One little TV over a fireplace that hasn’t been cleaned in years so there’s a sign that says not to light or it will smoke. Wow, so now we have 3 kids and 4 adults stuck with one TV that hardly works because the Wi-Fi kept dropping. But we got over it and dealt with it. Then comes check out time. I asked if we could leave at noon instead or 10. We were traveling with elderly and one of my kids was special needs. The host wanted to charge me $200 per hour? I thought it was a joke I asked them for a better price and they said $100 per hour. Again that was not cool. Then they insulted me and tried to say I tried to get away with not paying for my pet. I was the one that told them we were bringing our MinPin. I didn’t see any options when booking for pet only children. They insulted me again and threatened that a “cleaning crew would be at the house at 945 and if we left one minute over 10 they would charge us full price. So yeah hostile host who like to scam guest

It was a last minute reservation and the process was so smooth and we appreciate how accommodating everything was! The house was nice, clean and exactly as pictured.
