”Absolutely amazing staff, went above and beyond. When my car wouldn’t start they purchased jump leads to get me started, and ensured I got back on the road asap. Shelley bent over backwards and couldn’t be more helpful. I would highly recommend staying at The Waterford. Top marks, 10 of of 10.”

”room was very clean and modern. the only downside was it was a bit dark could do with mirror being near window . breakfast was ok not worth the flat rate we were charged tho. better value eating else where. evening meal was great lots of choice and portions huge. staff were very friendly and helpful. loads of parking spaces for being a large and busy hotel. lovely swimming pool.would definitely stay again”

”The location is excellent but a lot of traffic noise. The hotel staff are very good and friendly. Food is mediocre. The worst part is simply the cleanliness of public areas. I’ve stayed there many times and despite pointing many things out (I didn’t even get an acknowledgement) lots of areas are filthy. A good example is the window ledge on the main staircase. It’s covered in dust, dead flies and cobwebs. What is disappointing is that all these areas could be cleaned in minutes with a vacuum and...

”Exceptional quality for the price point - I'd expect to pay a lot more for the quality of the accommodation and the outstanding service from the staff. They were attentive, helpful and very friendly and made me feel welcome. Mack (I assume he was the duty manager) went above and beyond and couldn't have been more helpful. What a wonderful place to stay - would highly recommend it. ”
