Are you wanting the Ultimate Seattle Vacation Unit and Experience? Look no more! When we say that this unit is in the perfect location, we mean it! You will literally be a 15 minute walk from The Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena (GO KRAKEN!) Pikes Places, The Puget Sound, Ferry Terminals, Cruise Terminals, The Monorail and The Light Rail. You will be surrounded by endless options of different types of cuisine, shopping and cute coffee shops.

This newly renovated loft offers a complete modern experience with newly updated EVERYTHING. Thats right, we literally updated everything including all of the kitchen appliances! We designed this unit specifically for Vacation Rentals!

Enjoy the Air Conditioning on an extremely hot Seattle day. Air Conditioning is hard to come by here! You'll be glad you have it!

In-unit Washer and Dryer? Say what? This is also something hard to come by in Seattle! Wash all of your clothes before you travel so that you can relax after your long journey home!

If you're traveling here for work, take advantage of our in unit work space and our insanely fast high speed internet! You don't have to worry about dropping Virtual Meetings due to a lack Wi-Fi Strength!

Cuddle up on the extremely comfortable couch after prepping a home cooked meal, watching your favorite Netflix Series.

The floating bed was designed and hand built by us to allow a perfect fit in the loft with an insanely comfortable mattress.

Enjoy the Rooftop with a 360 degree view of Seattle, including a breathtaking view of the Space Needle! You can take those perfect 'Space Needle Selfies' to post on your Social Media, making everyone back home jealous! We even have grills that you can use and picnic tables to enjoy those picture perfect views during a meal!

For you Gym Rats - You will have full access to an in building gym to help get your morning started off right.

This is a self check-in and check-out unit. We will be available for help/questions through the Airbnb App.

We do offer free underground garage parking! It is first come first serve with limited spots. If a spot if not available at the time, we have plenty of street parking around at an extremely low cost. We always recommend checking back in the morning! You are almost always guaranteed a spot!
Quiet time is from 10PM-7AM

Cozy apartment, great location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Apartment had all the necessities we needed. Great location, walking distance to all areas. Parking in garage and outside was convenient. Will definitely stay again when we return.

Great stay.

We had a great time staying in this apartment. It’s a nice building in a nice neighborhood. It’s only a few minutes walk to the Seattle Center and only about 20 to Pike Place. No shortage of places to eat and things to do in the area.

Great place to stay in Seattle.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and it was wonderful. Very comfortable and a very convenient location if you’re planning on going to the waterfront or Pike Place Market. Tons of great restaurants nearby too. Would absolutely recommend.

Nice spot in belltown

We had a really nice experience staying here for a week. Its close to the space needle and not too far from the market. The host was on top of any questions we had and was really helpful. This is the perfect spot to stay if you're visiting Seattle.

Comfortable stay for two people. Owner was very helpful with check in and allowed us to drop our bags off before check in so we did not have to drag so many bags around for hours. That was very much appreciated. Living space was clean and comfortable. Bed is unique but if you just move the pillows to one side and it’s a normal queen bed. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer only complaint I had was that only two thin bath towels were provided so I felt like I was always having to wash the towels. Roof top had a nice view (elevator to roof top was out of order unfortunately, obviously at no fault of the owners). Location is great. Located new restaurants and bars and very close to public transportation.

Great Location

We wanted a place near Climate Pledge Arena for our daughter's graduation ceremony. This was a walkable distance at a reasonable price. We had a little issue with check in, perhaps our fault, perhaps not. Evan was very responsive (on a Saturday evening no less) and solved the issue. The view of the space needle from the roof was magnificent. We would consider staying here again next trip.

Nice loft in great area

The listing is as advertised. It is updated and very nice. Secure building and if you are familiar with technology the no key, no contact checkin check out is great. Location is great, we stayed for 3 days and walked to most attractions in the area. The rooftop would have been a nice place to relax with a drink but it rained the entire time we were there, but definitely an extra if you are staying for business. Parking in the building is first come first serve so if you are driving make sure you check ahead of time for parking laws and prices on public parking.

Perfect Location

We are former Seattle residents who returned for SIFF. (film festival) The condo was so convenient. It was walking distance to three of the SIFF venues, and very close to multiple bus stops. We didn't have a car, but we had a family member stop by during our stay and they were able to easily park in the garage. There are several good restaurants nearby, and even a little grocery store across the street with everything we needed. The electronic entry was great. My husband and I used our phones to access the building and unit. I will stay in this condo again next year if available.

Decent Belltown flat with great rooftop views

The flat was fine as a short term rental, about a 20 minute walk from the convention center, Pike Place Market, 5mins from the Space Needle and Seattle Center. Keyless entry system worked great. Small basic grocery store across the street and a much larger Whole Foods Market about 10min walk away. Flat itself had a decently equipped kitchen, large sofa in the living space. The loft bedroom upstairs was tight in terms of space, with one person against the wall. No closet space up or down if you needed to hang anything. Washer and dryer great to have. Rooftop shared terrace has spectacular Space Needle views. Sleepers sensitive to light will want to bring a sleeping mask as the upstairs window has no blind or curtain.

Great location for tourists

My 10 year-old son and I stayed here for 6 nights. It was a great location to walk/scooter to Seattle Center (MoPop, Pac Sci, Space Needle, Climate Pledge) activities or catch the bus lines to a variety of other tourist hot spots - Pike Market, Aquarium, Great Wheel, Stadiums. Get an Orca card ahead of time if you plan to use transit. It felt safe and secure. There are several nice places to eat/coffee shops within just a few blocks. We tried Bambino's pizza, Mantra Thai, 5 Point Cafe. Our first 7Eleven visit and slurpees! Property was nice and as described and pictured. The air conditioning was great for the hot week of weather we had. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Awesome views of the city and Space Needle from the roof top deck. Communication with property manager was great. We would stay again!

Check in was awful. I booked the property three days in advance and had to contact VRBO directly to have any kind of contact with the Host. We did not receive instructions on how to enter the building or the room until VRBO contacted the host. He wanted us to download 2 separate apps to enter the building and then to access the room; It was a nightmare. For this reason alone, I do not recommend this property. The apartment was smaller than what it shows in the pictures and the light from the upper window is aggravating. There is no possible way to cover it. The location downtown was in walking distance of Pikes Market and restaurants. The roof top is overrated; the decking needs a good refurbishing. Street noise consists of firetrucks and ambulances. Not very peaceful.

The apartment itself is beautiful and really spacious. The downstairs living room area has a huge couch for relaxing and kitchen with great amenities. The apartment is close to a bunch of fun areas like the space needle, kerry park, the ferris wheel etc. Evan was super responsive from the start and helped me work through the check in process, which was a little challenging because my co-worker was coming from outside the US. The August app requires a phone number to work properly and since they had to get a new sim card, it complicated the check in process. Evan was super responsive though and helped us by unlocking everything remotely and getting us a physical key. This is only a challenge for someone that doesn't have a working phone. Overall, it was an incredible value and amazing place!

Très bien !

Le contact avec les hôtes avant le séjour s'est très bien passé. Ils sont très à l'écoute et très réactifs.Le logement est très bien, le confort est bien là et s'est vraiment mignon. On y vit pratiquement comme chez soi ! C'est très lumineux.De plus le logement est très bien situé, on a une jolie vue de la cuisine. Nous avons eu des journées plutôt chaudes, la climatisation a été très appréciée ! Il y a un ventilateur dans la chambre. Il y a aussi, et ça c'est chouette, un grand ventilateur de plafond. Bref, on y vit très bien !Pour des petites courses de dépannage, il y a une superette à moins de 2 minutes à pieds de l'appartement. Pour les transports, nous avons fait la carte ORCA, elle coûte 3 euros et ensuite il suffit d'y mettre le montant que l'on veut. Elle est très pratique, pour le bus, le monorail, le métro etc... Pour aller au centre, on devait mettre entre 5 et 7 minutes à pieds (en fonction du temps d'attente aux passages piétons :-)). Les incontournables dans le centre à notre sens : Space Needle et le MoPop. Nous avions fait le City Pass. Il y a aussi d'autres musées sympas à faire.Pour aller sur la Elliott Bay, il y a une navette gratuite qui passe à côté de la Space Needle, je vous souhaite de rencontrer Omer :-)Il y a énormément d'activités à faire sur cette baie, des restaurants, des boutiques, l'aquarium... En sortant un peu de la ville, à ne pas rater, Museum of flight (très impressionnant !). Je vous souhaite de vous amuser comme nous !

Very responsive hosts - answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Location was great - very walkable as someone who was visiting Seattle for the first time and wanting to experience various parts of the city.
