”I stayed at this property for 10 days during my condo remodel. This apartment and the building itself were very clean. The apartment, although small, was well appointed and comfortable. Permit street parking was easy to find nearby. The location can't be beat with multiple buses to downtown available just around the corner, and restaurants, grocery stores and the Seattle Center within easy walking distance. ”

”This is a quiet corner of Seattle, great location with a beautiful view of the Space Needle and the monorail. Sweeping views to Queene Anne from the roof. Parking!! Breakfast at the 5 Spot (iconic) around the corner. Pastries from La Parisienne (award winning) around the other corner. ”

”My only problem was , my room was on the 3rd floor. For me is difficult to carry luggage up all the stairs. The room was great .”

”The apartment was beautiful. Clean, well decorated, secure. The views from the balcony are not panoramic as advertised, thanks to the addition being built next door. You have the space needle to the left and a sliver of water to the right but no view straight ahead. We were slightly disappointed until we realized there is roof access. There you have beautiful panoramic views! We spent more time up there than on the private balcony. We loved the secured entrance and proximity to everything. Not...

”Although we had a brief stay, It was a lovely and comfy stay. Josiah was extremely responsive to my many questions. And the instructions from checkin to check out were clear to follow. Location was super close to where we were working and had a lot of yummy food nearby. I highly recomend this place for anyone visiting Seattle.”
