Welcome to our spacious 5-bedroom Lake City whole-home retreat, where your group gets exclusive use of both the upstairs and downstairs spaces. With two living areas, two kitchen spaces, two dining areas, a hot tub, two propane fire pits, and plenty of room to spread out, it’s a great setup for families, couples, and groups traveling together.

Located in a quiet residential Lake City neighborhood, you can enjoy a peaceful place to unwind while staying conveniently connected to North Seattle, Lake Washington, parks, restaurants, shopping, the University District, and the rest of Seattle.

The downstairs does not currently have A/C, but it naturally tends to stay cooler. Portable fans are provided for warmer days, and space heaters plus the electric fireplace are available for additional warmth.

OUTDOOR SPACE -

Your whole-property reservation includes the outdoor areas for your group to enjoy. Relax in the hot tub, unwind on the deck, or gather around either of the two propane fire pits.

Because you are reserving the entire property, there will not be a separate upstairs or downstairs guest reservation during your stay.

PARKING & EV CHARGING -

Parking includes three street spaces near the home plus one driveway space designated for EV charging. Parking and the EV charger are available to your group during your whole-property reservation.

A GREAT SETUP FOR GROUPS -

One of the best parts of this home is the flexibility. Your group can stay together while still enjoying separate bedrooms, living rooms, dining spaces, kitchen areas, and entrances — giving everyone more privacy and room to relax.

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM, and parties or disruptive gatherings are not permitted.
