”Staff at the front desk were very courteous and even offered some eating suggestions. My room was clean, the water was hot and the ac worked well. There are homeless people all over downtown but I felt safe as I navigated to the attractions and restaurants. Very close to food and major attractions as well as public buses which I used write a bit.No one bothered me. I would definitely stay here again. ”

”Was utterly surprised. Friendly staff, great location, clean and orderly room. Had a corner room and it was very spacious. Only thing is that the bar closes at 9pm which was a major disappointmet, but I get it. ”

”Excellent service. Especially the security guard at the night shift when we arrived on 9 June was brilliant and helpful. A very comfortable bed. The view to the parking lot was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was not quite at the level we expected but could be easily improved. For example, the fact that the spot to handle dirty dishes and trashes, which understandably gets quite messy, is right next to customers who are enjoying their breakfast is not optimal. Add juice variety, something...
