Thank you for your feedback, Anonymous. Was the staff able to investigate the toilet complaint for you? Someone is here 24/7 and always available, though we don't always know there is an issue unless we are notified. Regarding breakfast and restaurant options, with Starbucks attached to our lobby, and dozens of fabulous nearby restaurants, we try not to spend our time competing with any less-than-satisfactory hotel food. We appreciate you giving us a try and wish you safe future travels!

Hi Nicole,100% of our reservations are fully cancellable with no fees or charges up until 4pm the day prior to check-in (so until Jan 4th at 4pm for a Jan 5th arrival). We don't even offer non-refundable stays. If you are booking for same day, or after 4pm the night before your arrival, the verbiage warns you before booking that it won't be able to be cancelled at that point. I'm not really sure how to respond. The hotel didn't let you down, and you didn't have a one star stay. If you are unhappy, you should direct that unhappiness towards the company you booked through, as you didn't book through the hotel, but rather another company. I wish you nothing but the best of luck in all your future travels. Be well -
