Upon entering this charming home away from home, you will encounter a welcoming living area with wall-to-wall windows flooding the space with natural light and beautiful vistas. On a clear day, you'll be treated to views of Seattle! Spread out comfortably on any of the inviting sofas and armchairs and get ready for an entertaining evening watching movies on the TV with a DVD player in the living room. Feeling hungry? Channel your inner chef and surprise everyone with an exquisite homemade meal prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials that will make cooking a breeze.

Woodinville is nestled in the heart of Washington wine country and offers something for everyone! It is situated above the Sammamish Valley and the Ste. Michelle Winery. From this vista one has the ability to engage in the winery/concert venues of Woodinville Wine Country or sit on the sweeping deck, relaxing in the serenity of this nature preserve, viewing the Olympic Mountains, Seattle lights and the Western Horizon. Explore the numerous wineries and tasting rooms in Woodinville, known for producing world-class wines. St. Michelle Winery is just down the hill from your stay. In addition to wineries, Woodinville is home to several craft breweries and cideries. Things to Know
This home is on a working cattle farm. Someone comes to the property twice a day to feed the hungry cows. They will not interfere with your stay.
The lower half of the home is locked off from guests. There are no tenants downstairs.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a camera downstairs at the back entrance of the house.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
