The home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 comfortable living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen, providing a spacious and relaxing getaway for up to 4 guests. But max can be 6 guests.

Our home is a charming, multi-level residence spanning three floors (lower, first, and second levels). While the owner resides in the private lower-level unit, you will enjoy complete privacy and comfort in your own dedicated space.

For your privacy and ours, please respect the areas clearly marked as 'No Guest Access.' Guests are welcome to enjoy the 1st floor, 2nd floor, and the deck next to the dining area.

Please note that the downstairs level and the backyard are private and not available for guest use.

***Very Important House Rules:
- No Parties or Gatherings: Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please keep indoor noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbors.
- Non-Smoking Property: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors.
- Registered Guests Only: No unregistered guests or visitors are permitted at any time.
- Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Please keep noise levels low during these hours.
- Also please no outdoor shoes inside house.

If you violate any of the house rules, we will have to report it to VRBO and charge you for any broken or missing items.
