Keyless Entry: You will find contactless check in instructions from your arrival guide and confirmation emails once the booking is confirmed.

Parking: You’ll have a reserved uncovered parking spot at the back of the building for easy access. The driveway is a bit narrow, so full-size SUVs or trucks might find it tight, so please pay extra attention drive in & out if you park inside—most sedans and smaller SUVs handle it just fine. If you prefer more space, free street parking is available nearby (first-come, first-served).

AC/Heat: In the winter, the entire home is comfortably warmed with radiant floor heating. During the summer, mini split air conditioners are available in the master bedroom and the open-concept living room area. The two downstairs bedrooms are equipped with portable fans. Since the living room connects to the downstairs bedrooms, we recommend keeping the bedroom doors open while spending time in the living area to help cool those rooms as well.

House Rules:

Smoking or vaping: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside and outside the house.

Quiet Hours: 11 PM to 7 AM. Appreciate your help to respect our neighbors and ensure everyone a enjoyable stay.

Pet Policy: Pets are currently not allowed.

Parties and Events: We currently do not allow parties or events.

Essentials: You'll find all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and fresh towels. To support our eco-friendly efforts, we kindly ask that you bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

Note that Fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use.
