Kaupunkipientalot – Seattle

”.”

”Very nice hotel in a great location in Seattle. Daily free water and coffee was great.”

”The smell in corridors was awful. Corridors were not clean and walls had broken corners etc. Location is good and beds okay. ”

”Excellent service. Especially the security guard at the night shift when we arrived on 9 June was brilliant and helpful. A very comfortable bed. The view to the parking lot was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was not quite at the level we expected but could be easily improved. For example, the fact that the spot to handle dirty dishes and trashes, which understandably gets quite messy, is right next to customers who are enjoying their breakfast is not optimal. Add juice variety, something...

”Elevator was broken”

”everything is perfect except for the bathroom shower. the showers leak water onto the bathroom floor everytime i stay here so it’s clearly the design. The shower head it’s directly above your head and is sometimes hard to breathe due to how hard it comes down. the smaller shower head is hard to turn and points directly towards to floor causing water to leak since the door/shower is glass it doesn’t actually shut completely.”

”Clean room excellent staff Would be nice if the restaurant attached was open more”

”The staff were extremely welcoming. Eric in particular deserves a big thank you for his excellent work. The only negative was that the valet brought us the wrong car, which caused us to wait unnecessarily for ours. Overall, the hotel was very pleasant and everything went smoothly.”

”The Edgewater was wonderful. But the beds are very noisy. Every movement is noisy.”

”We live this property! Convenient to walk to Climate Pledge, helpful staff and a fun vibe. We try to stay here a couple of times a year. A favorite for our kids!”

”Very helpful and polite staff! Nice breakfast options, super easy parking and very clean!”
