The seaweed needed to be removed at the beach. The rooms need to be updated near the beach. They were clean but could use some touch ups. Also, the mosquitoes were hard on me in my room and I did not leave my door open. The food was okay. I did get sick though and I am not sure if it was the food or the pool but I was down for a aday or two. The staff made it worth it. They were great.

The hotel needs a little refresh to the rooms and elevators, the room was comfortable, we had the Junior Suite, warning, don't matter how they sell it, it is for a couple. There is little privacy for the toilet, and no privacy on the shower. We had 3 rooms, none had shower doors. You can see into the shower if you opened the door to enter the room, also from inside the room if you exit the shower you are exposed. Some of the Buffett and restaurant reservation personnel need training. They are not friendly. Food at some of the restaurants were very good, not all, bufet foot was OK, not great, not horrible. I would say what you can expect from an All Inclusive hotel and the amount of people in the hotel. Overall the hotel there was a bad smell, you can smell it in the elevators, hallways, dinning room, it was like dirty water smell. The lobby área was always very warm, temhe ceiling fans were always sending air to the roof instead down.
