”No fuss, no muss - everything easy - room spotless - excellent breakfast, but sausages could be better”

”Room was freezing and very out dated. Had a double bed and sofa bed in family room wasn’t big enough for 2 people to sleep on. Breakfast was horrible nothing left of anything and staff kept say 20 mins till fresh came out. ”

”Great building, location and staff. “Executive” room (402) was on 4th floor, lift only goes to 3rd floor. On arrival on 4th floor, no corridor lighting so had to use light on phone to see room number. Room was especially small; same applies to 409, others on floor significantly larger. On escape plan, bathroom was bigger than bedroom. There was a bad smell of drains in corridor and in room. Windows were wide open on arrival. After closing, smell in bathroom became apparent. ”Delightful and caring staff. Great spacious room for a family of three. Great spot. Really good value.”

”There was very little staff available on the night, there wasn’t an option for any drinks or a bar no restaurant. The room was cold, radiator took ages to warm up and windows didn’t shut properly. On the morning I left I was met by another member of staff who was clearly on something. I should of spent an extra £10 and stayed at a travel lodge.”

”Didnt even get to the property. Wrongly advertised as having free parking. The manager refused to help as unaware to me there is a £100 deposit. Until i paid this . Even though I paid for the room he would not give me any details of the location. So held to ransom . He was polite but unhelpful. I chose this property exclusively because of parking as I cant walk distances and especially with a suitcase. Im still trying to get my money back ”

”The room was pretty cold on arrival, but soon worked out how to get the heating on.Staff were very helpful and managed to sort out my booking, that Expedia failed to notify the hotel, so they were not expecting me.The room was aa bit outdated,and not very soundproof, the 7 lane bypass was very noisy during the night,even with the window closed.”

”So i irrived to a bed. Good start. Anne franks attick would be the ritz compared to this. Tv didn't work, heater didn't work, dispite me being advised to plug it in by the lady on reception. This turned out to not be a problem as she worked out how to put the heating on permanently for the next 2 day. Breakfast on the 1st morning wasn’t something id normally spend 7 quid on as it leaked oil from everywhere, i didn't have a 2nd Breakfast as the other guest sitting with his 4 pint cans of Stella...

”No air conditioning in the rooms even if advertised in Trivago and such. A window is not an air conditioning! Thru day there should be a tsble fan in every room but no, when :fully booked" no spare to give. Nice staff but you get what you pay, not much and false promises to go with it.”
