”Don't leave any valuables inside your vehicle if you're going to be doing valet I left $150 and my money was stolen . Dumb on my part . 50 was only taken because I had in separate compartments in my middle consult. I spoke to the hotel manager and basically she did nothing telling me, I can't prove that it was her staff, but it was definitely her staff.
But it's ok , they needed it more than me .”

”Beautiful building and room. The staff was helpful and I found the parking lot across the street to be helpful and cost slightly less then valet parking. Great location near PPAC, walk to WaterFire and excellent Japanese market at the end of the block. Recommended!”

”Very old property with shabby maintenance. Nobody at the front desk for check in. Had to wait for over 15 minutes for someone to show up. Most of the guest rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor with no elevator. The hotel predates the ADA, so not friendly for people with disabilities. Room climate control was set on full cool but only managed to keep the room at 74°F.”

”The price you can’t beat, however the rooms need better maintenance and cleanliness.. The room I stayed in the toilet didn’t flush. The best thing about the room was the cold AC, and surprisingly the bed was very comfortable. The guy at the front desk was friendly as well.”

”The room was clean and in good repair. The staff was helpful. They received flowers and placed them in the room before our arrival. We didn’t use the pool or fitness center but they looked immaculate. Some of the slots looked pretty dated, but the rest were current and the table games were good looking and busy. Close to Roger Williams Park Zoo for a great day out.”
