”Generally, our stay was okay. However, the reservation was for three people, and the room was only prepared for two. I opened the sofa bed and found that there were no sheets on it. I had to call the front desk to request them, and I had to make the bed myself. The same happened with the towels, as there were only two provided. When I opened the sofa bed, a dead cockroach came out. The towels in the bathroom had hair on them, and the refrigerator was not cooling properly. Housekeeping never...

”Our first night there the A/C wasn't working. They fixed the unit but I wasn't approved for a discount on that initial first night. The staff was phenomenal on making the stay comfortable after that. Everything was clean and well attained. They even had a list for attractions.”

”Our ac kept switching on its own to heat so we had to keep getting up to fix it bc it got hot.They offered to switch us to another room but being that we were 6 people and to have to switch all our stuff was a no for me.The pool seemed as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months maybe even years and we heard from another visitor that it hadn’t been that way when they last visited over a yr and half before.Staff was great but I honestly wouldn’t stay there again”

”Lobby was locked had to check in with overnight window room was canceled without any notification still no refund it felt like I was being scammed cause the property did not offer refunds in which it was there mistake reserved at 2pm checkin at 4pm got there at 4pm apparently rooms were sold out very unprofessional felt very unsafe just pulling into parking lot pictures on Expedia looked nothing like the property you can tell the clientele they were booking it looked like an apartment complex...

”Listen, we didn't expect 5 stars across the board for the price. This place is a motel in an area of town that is well past it's prime. The wifi is slower than DIAL UP. The TV didn't work and the shower water pressure was drip, drip drip. You make your decision, I knew what to expect when I got the room.”

”Very rude lady upon check-in in very outdated place, rooms are stale smelling Tv is not a smart tv as advertised. Wi-Fi did not work exposed Eletrical wires in the room....good hot shower”

”I had been given an occupied room, and after they changed it, the new room had the AC broken, the door lock wasn’t working properly, and most of the restroom supplies were empty. Overall terrible experience. Highly disappointed”

”The room was clean But the coffee pot had grounds and mold , still had coffee in the pot. The mini fridge has milk in it and was filthy. Downstairs looked like it was falling apart, had areas taped off. The swimming pool has no railings for getting in or out. The ladder the had did not have any steps to get out I will not be returning”

”Staff was wonderful. Lobby, breakfast room, exercise room were all kept beautiful. Our room could have been cleaner (Q-tips under desk, cobwebs in curtains and child art on wall), but our friends rooms were fine. Overall, our stay was good. Location is great. Easy to get to the beach or downtown.”
