”Calm and peaceful place ”

”Breakfast was cold and when asked a staff member if adding more of an item she said no because it was frozen. It was barely 8:30am She was even in a bad mood. The other older lady was very sweet picking up trash from customers and always smiling Our room really smelled and humidity was bad if ac was under 64 degrees. No towels were left on second day. Pool was very clean ”

When we pushed the door further open it made a sound that got the guy down the hall yelling out into the hallway that he was naked and we didn’t want him coming out there! ”The rooms do not look like the photos shown on Expedia. While the general layout was similar, the actual condition of the room was very disappointing. There were stains on the ceiling and on the bed covers, and the room had a strong mildew smell. The caulking around the shower was completely gone, which made the bathroom feel poorly maintained. Some of the furniture was unstable and looked like it was falling apart. The outside of the property also looked very weathered and run down. I wasn’t...

”The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful and not welcoming at all! The toilet in the room was broke, like shattered, the AC stopped working the first day and we called several times each time with the guy promising he would could look at it but never came even though we saw him walking around the property! The beds were small and hard as rocks. We checked out a day before we were supposed to and went home. ”

”There were very limited hotel options because of a large event that weekend, and this was the last non-smoking room available. Unfortunately, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke as soon as I walked in. The front desk clerk was kind and offered air freshener since there were no other rooms available. I found a cigarette butt behind the door, the freezer was dirty, and there was dust all over the lamps, which made me question whether the room had actually been cleaned. I stayed one night...

There was a person under the influence of drugs screaming day and night right next to my room, and several others drinking and using drugs on the stairs. The facilities themselves require massive improvement; for instance, the back door leading to the small balcony had no lock, and the stairs are practically falling apart, with several old, loose planks.
