”This was the quintessential hotel. It was perfectly located and absolutely beautiful. The staff could not have been any more accommodating and delightful! The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The only thing that I would suggest to them is to provide larger bath towels. Aside from that, it was an exceptional stay and I would absolutely go back. And the views were outstanding.”

The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offers a wonderful variety with a cozy, farmhouse atmosphere. ”Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja kodikas. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen ja auttoi mielellään kaikessa mahdollisessa. Aamupala oli todella monipuolinen ja päivän aikana sai vapaasti käydä nauttimassa kahvia ja teetä viihtyisässä loungessa. Hotelli sijaitsi aivan Grindelwaldin linja-autopysäkin ja rautatieaseman luona. Näköalat Eigerille olivat huikeat! Ainoa huono asia hotellissa olivat kehnot tyynyt. ”Hotellin sijainti oli loistava, muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päästä Grindelwaldin rautatieasemalta. Sijainti hiljainen, palvelu erittäin ystävällinen, eteläänpäin olevissa huoneissa näköala Eigerille ja Mönchille. Loistava aamiainen, hieno, uusittu saunaosasto (yrttisauna, höyrysauna, suomalainen sauna) uima-altaineen. Tarjolla myös erilaisia hierontoja ja kauneushoitoja.”
