"Nothing was any trouble for the staff. Majority of the hotel was in very good condition. Our room was a bit dated including the bathroom and balcony furniture. The view over the lake was well worth the extra we paid for an upgrade. We would stay again if only for the view a d the area."

"Tricky getting in as room code was wrong but very helpful lady on the phone sorted it. Great there is parking and brilliant location. At night I was woken up by a clattering of crockery and we could also hear people talking which seemed to be coming out of bathroom vent which was odd. Amazing air ..."
