Räätälöity hirsitalo: Puhdas, tilava ja vain 4 km: n päässä Sewardin keskustasta!

Tämä on kaunis, räätälöity hirsitalo, joka sijaitsee aivan Sewardin keskustan ulkopuolella. Aikaisemmat omistajat käyttivät kymmenen vuotta talon rakentamisessa, sahaten ja kuorimalla itse kaikki tukit. Se on todellinen Alaskan taideteos, eikä Sewardin alueella ole mitään muuta.

Ostimme talon vuonna 2007, ja asumme pienessä huoneistossa kiinteistön erillisen autotallin yläpuolella. Joten olemme aikeissa auttaa paikallisia aktiviteetteja ja tietoja ja varmistaa, että saat kaiken irti lomastasi! Meillä on kaksi koiraa, jotka asuvat kanssamme ja pelaavat pihalla, mutta eivät ole hirsitalossa.

Tämä talo tarjoaa erittäin mukavan poissa kotoa matkustaessasi kaikilla mukavuuksilla. Täysi keittiö on käytettävissäsi, on suuria yhteisiä alueita - valtava liuskekivi takka, jota ympäröivät nahkasohvat, TV / videonauhuri / DVD / nopea Internet-tietokone / Wi-Fi / stereo, grilli ja kylpytynnyri suurella etuosalla kansi, pieni peitetty takakansi jne. Meillä on nyt pesukone / kuivausrumpu vieraiden käyttöön - kaikki aivan uudet vuonna 2017! Talo on moderni ja erittäin siisti, mutta viihtyisä ja mukava. Lopeta päiväsi rentoutumalla porealtaassa tai grillaamalla tuoretta saalistasi nauttien näkymästä Mt. Alice kannelta.

Very clean and well kept up with plenty of supplies. Common areas are huge for big groups. Owners were very accommodating for a couple of special request. Location is close to everything but still very private. Are group enjoyed this property.

A quiet retreat

A very comfortable and well organized home that includes amazing outdoor spaces to relax. Hot tub, fire pit and large deck give you plenty of areas to relax outside and breathe in the fresh air. Wendy was always available to provide some guidance and listen to our stories. Only a five minute drive to Seward. Would definitely stay here again!

We have a fun adventure here in Seward and surrounding areas. Hiking, Salmon fishing, wildlife cruise, sky tram, dog sledding. It was very exciting for us all.

Inviting Home To Relax

Perfect retreat in Seward

This home was by far our favorite accommodation during our 12 day stay in Alaska. Bear Paw Lodge has been decorated and stocked very thoughtfully for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of space for our family, and everyone enjoyed the private hot tub on the deck. Having a washer and dryer in the house was very useful. The wifi was good and definitely the best we encountered during our trip (including Alyeska and multiple cabins). The location was quiet and peaceful and just a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go in the Seward area. We especially enjoyed the mama moose and her calves hanging out in the yard on the final morning of our stay. Thank you, Wendy!

Awesome Log Cabin

This home is a beautiful log home. It accommodated our family of 6 comfortably. It had all the amenities that we needed. The hot tub was spectacular after a cool day on the water. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Seward in the future!

Amazing cabin, lovely Seward Experience

We had a wonderful stay in Wendy’s cabin! The home was spotless clean and incredibly comfortable. Laundry was fantastic, and we relaxed in front of the fireplace and in the hot tub. Wendy was very attentive and helped us book a tour too. And we even got to watch a moose meander in the backyard. What a gem; I wish I was still there!

Charming cabin

Welcomed with a plate of home made chocolate chip cookies. Clean, charming cabin with lots of history and character. Owners friendly and helpful. Plenty of room for spreading out, quite time when wanted. We enjoyed the hot tub. Clean. Everything we needed was provided plus extras to make it like coming home.

Beautiful Log Cabin in Seward

The cabin was gorgeous and the location was just so beautiful. It was super easy to find and the instructions were clear. For our large group the place was perfect and had all the amenities we might require. Wendy was so sweet and attentive to all the questions and queries the group might have had. Roomy and authentic Alaskan log cabin

Nine of us stayed here for my daughter's beach wedding in Seward in late August and it was the perfect Alaskan log cabin the large group. Lots of room to spread out, big kitchen with all the things you need to prepare meals, and a huge yard with a fire pit for smores. You couldn't ask for nicer host than Wendy. Even though they live on property, you would never know you had a neighbor, but she was always there if we had a question. She even took a video of a mama bear and her two cubs visiting our deck one day and shared it with us! Overall a great experience.

Amazing Home

This house was definitely one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at. The home was beautiful, very clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The owner lives right next door and made us feel right at home. The property is also a 10 minute drive to Seward and has plenty of room for big families. I can’t say a bad thing about this property and hope to stay there again one day.

Above and beyond!

We were so happy with our stay at the Bear Paw Lodge! So much space and so many amenities. Perfect for our group of 10 adults. The abundance of towels, cups, plates were key! We loved having a movie available to wind down at night and being close to town but also out in the quiet neighborhood. Wendy was an excellent host and was very communicative! She also helped us book our glacier cruise adventure. We would be so happy to return to Seward again.
