” Not being one for leaving reviews, I do so because I received an email indicating I had left a 1 star terrible review, a complete mystery to me! We love this place and we will be back. Fantastic location to explore wonderful Stratford, We were initially greeted by a grumpy receptionist, but she soon cheered up and overall the staff and facilities were fantastic. ”

”We stayed for one night in this beautiful historic hotel. The room was a good size, super clean & was tastefully furnished. The options for breakfast were varied with food being cooked to order, & everything was provided that you could possibly need. The breakfast waiting staff were very pleasant & helpful & it was the same for staff throughout the whole hotel. We will be staying again soon!”

”Enjoyed the hot tub. Delicious full English breakfast 200 yards away at the Burnside Hotel. Great choice of food at the village pub, The Belll. Arrived at check in time of 4pm and had to call the number to get owner to let us into room. Hard to get shower colder, owner let us use upstairs bathroom meant for another (vacant) room instead. Very clean and well kept property. ”

”The accommodation had everything what I needed. Town centre, but quiet street, very close to the theatre. The room is nice and clean, and again had everything for overnight stay. My window was out to the back, so very quiet. Definitely will use again.”
