”Erittäin hyvä”

”Nice hotel, great location & a comfy room. Only three stars as I had to wait four hours for my room to become available & the poached eggs at breakfast were just about raw.”

”Avonpark House is a very good travellers rest. Comfortable and clean, our room was a reasonable size as was the ensuite. It’s a walkable distance into the centre of town. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Good parking available and an excellent breakfast.”

”We recently stayed here and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was exceptional—spotlessly clean, wonderfully bright, and remarkably spacious, making it a very relaxing space to unwind. The staff were a real highlight of the trip, always polite, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. Our only minor gripe was that there didn't appear to be a vegetarian option available for the full English breakfast, which would have been a welcome addition to an otherwise brilliant morning...

”There is no one to check you in or ask questions to until after 5 pm or so. The front desk isn't staffed in the morning but I finally found someone cleaning a room the following morning. He told me they would not store my small but somewhat heavy bag for pick-up after 5 pm when a front desk person would be there. I said I didn't mind waiting until 5 pm to come back for the bag. He then changed their excuse for refusing to hold the bag to "we can't be responsible for it". I wasn't asking them...

”Although in an older building, it is obvious the owners have made an effort to keep the rooms updated. Well decorated and appointed large room with large en suite. bath. Friendly service at check-in and at breakfast.”

”Not stopped in a YHA before but this was lovely. 3 bedded room to ourselves with private bathroom. Lovely old building with very helpful staff. Very close to everything in Stratford upon Avon would definitely stop again when visiting our friends in Tiddington. If you're a first timer like us please be aware.. no towels, TV or drink facilities in the room.”

”Nice hotel, good quality and location near railway station and town centre. ”

”We stayed for two nights and had a pretty good stay. On arrival we were given a room that on the face of it seemed good. However when I check on the booking we had paid for a junior deluxe room and the photos showed a very much better room. We went back to the reception and after some checking were taken to the room we should have had, whet a difference! We got there in the end but were disappointed that we had to challenge to get the room we had actually booked. Otherwise nice stay but a little...

”Had a pleasant overnight stay in Stratford. Hotel was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Very short walk to everything to see in Stratford. Had a couple of minor issues in our room that the helpful staff fixed up right away. Couldn't ask for more. Comfy bed and hearty breakfast. Good value all round”
